This is true, who enjoys being sober when a substances takes over you?
I stopped weed for 3-4 months, then i thought i can try it again and it didn't work out and back to daily consuming for the next 2-3 months.
Now i am on day 3 back again detoxing, the most hard is the first two three days. I feel better because:
    - I dont have to think about it all day
    - I challenge my self
    - I pushed and choosed to stop it
    - I am aware its all for the better
    - I am back to being more open, more social and sharing my experience
    - i am more economic
    - i sleep more (because i sleep better)
Most importantly, i know my self and always trying to improve no matter what happens, its not one attempt its a lifetime problem we have to accept and deal with just like any addictions.
Best of luck to everyone, don't let your mind take over your life, you deserve a break from all that.
    Give it a try.
Thanks @addictionmindset for the useful content

Dawg vaping? Really? Im gonna be real with you. Those vape devices including dab vapes aren't tested longterm. You people who vape are test subjects to those companies who profit off your addiction. Go get checked up.

Hey man, just want to thank you for your videos. They have helped me out in my sobriety journey a ton. Quit vaping, smoking weed, and energy drinks at this point. Ive been two months into marijuana sobriety and i feel so socially akward and so damn depressed. Is this normal?? Ive been smoking marijuana since 15 but man i did not think quitting weed would hurt my heart this much..

    • @Dizrank
      @Dizrank 11 дней назад +2

Hey bro, it’s normal. We all feel the same. Stay strong and don’t give in. Being sober is not fun, but it is life. You will be ok. I am four months sober after 31 years of daily use. It’s a daily struggle but take it one day at a time. You will sleep better, have more money and you will actually be you, not a fucked version of yourself. Stay strong and keep it up, proud of u.

15 days sober today after consuming cannabis from March 2024 to August 2024. The reason I decided to quit was a really bad anxiety attack I experienced on the 22nd of August. I gradually started to cut it out until September 1st I left it cold turkey. It’s been a wild ride with the withdrawals but I’m able to finally sleep through the night after 2 weeks. I won’t go back and sobriety is great! 👍

Im completely on the same story. I started getting consumed by thc overtime. I also started near march and quit about 2 weeks ago after everyday use. The night before my last time smoking i made a promise to throw away my stash which was no more than 50$ but it was still a difficult choice. I decided that this will be my last high for a very long time because I wasnt able to control myself. I believe subconsciously that I made the right choice for my future as im only 20 years old. Maybe in the future I’ll have more self control but I know its not for me. Side note thc was my favorite thing of all time when I first started. Make the right choice for an easier future people

@@Cherry_Cherri hey man I feel you thanks for sharing. Let me share a little bit of me I’m 25, I remember smoking in high school and leaving it at 15 for 10 years. Now I tried it 10 years later and just like you said I felt consumed by it I would constantly dab like every other minute lol, as my favorite method was thc vape pens. I would also do it just to “pass” or “kill” time and yes now that I’ve been sober for 15 days I don’t find much enjoyment in the things I used to do while stoned like listening to music or being social lol. But I know all this will pass and a brighter future is ahead. Anyways thanks for sharing man we are not alone and we got this let’s keep it going champ! 💪💪
