That food looks delicious, can't wait to try Ethiopian food. I'm wondering though, do you plan on visiting Zimbabwe and specifically the Great Zimbabwe ruins? I plan to go there one day myself.
That was a lot of food. Tilapia is the staple fresh water fish all over the continent. I'm curious to know what the turbo drink tasted like. Looked interesting. Not a big coffee drinker but would definitely do the coffee ceremony just for the experience.
There was supposed to be someone else, but they backed out last minute.

Who ever wants to try Ethiopian food. Google the nearest Ethiopian restaurant and try if you are vegetarian vegetarian dishes and if you are not try meat combinations

much love from Ethiopia. like you said we are a land locked country so the fish eating culture is nearly non existent but in the areas with lakes and rivers, the locals live, breathe and eat fish, even raw fish like the japanese and their sashimi or sushi, so addis isnt the place for fish. and i feel like the guide doesnt really take his customers to the best places where they can showcase our cuisine, instead he shows yall like his friends businesses n'dat. but i really do appreciate your interest and effort, i hope you visit again and have a better more authentic experience. thanks

no req...American and EU passports can get visa on arrival
For Americans, you need to apply for an e-visa online. It's easy and takes about 2-3 days to be approved.
