Unique and fun. That's what these movies should be. It doesn't take itself seriously while also being a serious movie.

@wheattoast1971 I knew cuz of the leaks Josh has reported on. But then Wade kept saying Cap so I looked at my girl & said "I thought he was gonna be human torch" then FLAME ON & I yelled OH FUCK YEA! haha
The music was fantastic. Especially when Blade walked out. Best moment of the movie for me. Damn that was so much fun.
The song choices were awful in this movie.

When they brought out “Cameo” my whole theater flipped out. And then “cameo” proceeded to be the most bad ass character of the movie.
What this was is a celebration of the Fox and Marvel universes. It was a beautiful thing
Bro as me and my buddy were pulling into my drive way, I was like "Dude......turn around now I gotta watch it again" lol. The plot could have used some work here and there but I give it a 8.5/10 it was too much fun. And Channing Tatum was great as Gambit imo I was so excited to see him.
The opening scene is easily up there with the opening of the og Blade and that's the ultimate compliment 👏👏👏 easily a top 5 MCU film for me

Just got home and I literally cannot wait to see it again. Is it Winter Soldier? No. Infinity War? No. But wow is it fun and most importantly gives the hard core fans what they want.
It was very consistent with the rest of the trilogy

Seeing Channing Tatum FIGHT as Gambit?? That was just so LEGIT I was near tears. I need them to use him as Gambit for at least the AvX movie and Secret Wars.
But Wolverine??? This was SO WOLVERINE. This was so much of the Wolverine I've been dying so see since I read the comics. He was the best part of the movie. Hands. Down.
There were multiple, multiple, HUGE cheers in my theatre!
My Theater was boring as HELL… I couldn’t believe nobody was clapping or cheering for anything at all… when I saw Endgame it was unreal. I was in Missouri though… guess it explains it
This movie absolutely KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK! Enjoyable for the non-comic book fan (wife LOVED it), fan service-y moments were SO intentional it was done in a way that was just beautiful, and talk about saving a franchise!!!
Time for Favreau with Star Wars to do his thing!!!
This movie was the best thing to come out of MCU since infinity war.
I really wish the mopey Wolverine’s story would’ve been better than, he just went to the bar to get hammered and like was truant from the school….
I really wanted him to have the backstory of Old Man Logan. Now THAT would’ve been tragic.

The movie is just perfect for what it is. It's the Marvel movie we need right now.
“… So preoccupied with whether or not they could, they didn't stop to think if they should.” This Jeff Goldblum quote from Jurassic Park is what I thought after this film in terms of Marvel’s decision to go SO heavy into the Rated R jokes and language (if seemingly only because this was their first R rated film).

The over hype killed the Movie, people should of learned from Multiverse Of Madness but nah, they just went off fan casting everyone from Cyclops to Loki, too Storm too Batman.
The movie is perfect! Great humour, great action, great cameos, great effects. Every Cameo has a decent show (speech and action wise)
Anyone complaining about it shouldnt be watching Deadpool movies at all as they clearly never read any of his Comics. Its literally what Deadpool does and always has.

You can like the movie, but it's far from perfect. it was more like a parody of all the fox movies, making fun of it at every chance. No special moments for those characters. Just quick deaths, lots of jokes and some uninteresting action. Nothing that actually added to the plot, nothing meaningful in any way except for a one liner from X23. Even Wolverine felt like a soulless shell of the character we love from past movies. Had hardly any interesting lines besides "shut the f*** up"... just lots of repetition of the same thing over and over and over again, from start to finish.
@@maskwraps_s.a. Yeah... Many people are saying "It has so much heart and emotion". Where was it? I think at the end you had some emotion, but overall it is just a lot of childish jokes. I still liked it, but it is not a masterpiece like many people say.
I watch it with a theater full of nerds, now I’ll watch it again in a theater with full of common general audiences.. And I’m scared that people not gonna get most of the references.. This is Hardcore nerd movie… I freaking loved it.. Channing Tatum was making a my name is Jeff type of joke with his character accent and off course FLAME ON.. Freaking blow up the theater!
This movie actually tied directly into Loki because you saw Paradox representing somebody mad at the new way of not pruning timelines and instead maintaining them.
I also think the anchor person is exactly what leads to Secret Wars and it will definitly involve the TVA.
I can't believe that Dr Doom variant showed up with Galactus as his herald and told Deadpool that he was never funny and made Deadpool cry. So rude of him. Kinda disrupted the flow of the movie for me.
My theater was peak theater reactions . Felt like no way home again felt like endgame . But just an absolute echochamber of nerdness I fuckin loved it
My favorite character of the whole movie was Gambit!!!! Tatum was AWESOME!!!!! It just hurts that we never got to see a WHOLE movie with him. Ive GOTTA go see it again!!!!
Horribly overhyped just like with MoM only that film had a visual style and an actual solid set up for Secret Wars showing incursions.
DeadPool feels like an excuse to throw weak cameos (outside of one) together to have Ryan break the 4th wall about them knowing it’ll pull huge box office numbers.
Went to see Blade and that was all I liked about this basic bitch of movie

I think if you are going in expecting it to be more than it is than you will leave disappointed. There is not status quo change. But the movie is fun and a great farewell to the non-MCU Marvel films.
I also think this movie sets up an actual DP3 or DP and Wolverine 2 right before Secret Wars where they have no choice but to enter the main 616.
First...Dafne Keen seems like she is always good, or always just a considerable focal point.
I was happy with the Gambit stuff, except for the costuming. I think he did a good job with the character, anf his fight scenes were great!
I'm glad that we finally got the Wolverine that we have always wanted.

Just watched the movie and thought it was pretty good. But yeah is it gonna save Marvel, I don't really think so. Action was amazing, but i feel like the story was just kinda eh. I loved the cameos and the fan service. Holy crap like when I saw Henry Cavill I actually freaked out lol. Overall I'd give it an 8/10 because I really do appreciate the effort put into it. I also feel like they just gave us too many trailers and revealed too many characters which spoiled the experience I would have had if I saw them for the first time then rather in the trailer.
I loved this movie. 9/10 for me. Wesley was so good. I’m with you on X-23. I wanted so much more of her character.

This is not a great film but it is a very good film. A strong overall story wasn't present but a strong individual's journey of the overall story was present with extremely strong action. There was too much going on in the film at certain points and the villains pay offs felt short, nor did the cameos really help the film. They were there for their purpose. Fan service. Excellent fan service but fan service non-the-less. And yet the film delivered on most things extremely well. Well done movie.
This film accomplished its mission about 93% most. So it's a film that's anywhere from an 8 to a low 9. I really wished they did something huge with Cassandra. She needed something juicy to make her a true threat in the end. Like a scene where her true secret intentions were even crazier, or Beyonder level discovered. This wasn't a perfect film but it was not a terrible film. Anyone who said otherwise is not a Marvel fan. And a non Marvel or comic fan opinion doesn't mean shit.

Just leaving theatre now and this movir is why movies exists. So much fun I felt like a kid again and Reynolds really knows how to bring a movie home with a heartfelt message.
Great action and comedy throughout the movie. A must watch twice movie. The connection to the next phase of movies wasn't there, that might be the only disappointment. They never show how wolverine failed the X-Men, but everything else was great. Deadpool and wolverine the best duo in super hero movies ever. Definitely leaves you hungry for a sequel. Wolverine needs to keep going in the MCU for years to come. Ryan Reynolds was epic . A+ in my eyes, probably realistically an A. Not disappointed at all

I felt the same way. There’s definitely stuff I wasn’t crazy about, lots of holes in the plot in general, but in the end, I had a really good time and felt like it was worth Hugh Jackman coming back to get these two together. They did a great job accomplishing the main goal.
Just got out of theatre. It was 7/10. Like all the deadpool movies it gets to a point where the attempt to make jokes land, slows the movie down and gets exhausting.

I have the same feeling! Its not perfect and the plot is not the strongest but it hardly gets in the way of the Deadpool and Wolverine adrenaline pumping bloody but fun ride.
And the movie does have a genuine heart though and has just the right amount of serious and emotional stuff but also not taking itself too seriously

Pacing was a little up & down but I loved the movie. I loved how he kept calling the characters by their actor's names lol

I think the new deadpool movie was a legit wizard of oz remake.
Evil witch, team of deadpools basically flying monkeys, movie ends back where it started, bunch of recognizable characters in the "oz section" but they were all a bit different....
Except the audience was Dorthy, Deadpool was toto (only character aside from Dorthy to NOT change in Oz), and Dogpool was a blatant joke to suggest it! 🤯
Can we talk about the supporting cast here? I mean I’m living a turn of the century millenial fantasy in this film all wrapped in a beautiful little cupcake.

Definitely a 9/10. Not perfect a little messy but it was so awesome watching it in the theater I just couldn’t stop laughing or smiling. Like my face was legit hurting because I was smiling so much.

I love it! So much better than what’s been happening, BUT something felt… wierd. I don’t know how to put it into words because the whole time I was smiling, but I feel like I have more questions than answers. I gotta see this movie AGAIN.
This movie is like a comic brought to life. The plot needed a lil work (the strike probably didnt help) but its SO fun and the best fight scenes. Also my favorite 2 characters had to be Gambit and Cassandra Nova .
