@@ericlehman6841You are not alone. I feel horribly guilty for him. Like seriously though, if he didn't join the Foot in the first place, he would be using his experiments for innocent and helpful intentions to avoid getting tortured by that metallic armoured psychological Utrom.

Truly, the 2003 team knocked it out of the park with Baxter Stockman. As for Insane In The Membrane, I'm glad they went with the final script, though incorporating things such as him being accepted into university at 14 would've enriched it even more.
Kinda wish he never appeared in Back To The Sewer. Fast Forward has a good conclusion to his character, Leo making him remember that list part of humanity he had left, being commissioned by the Department of Agriculture to restart the Organic Mouser project (In a way, going back to how things were before Season 1), being granted a new body by President Bishop, it actually gave Baxter Stockman a happy ending, or at least a tolerable ending, given that at that point in Season 5, he wanted to die. I get that Back To The Sewer was still present-day Baxter, but it didn’t need Baxter at all, especially since we knew how things would play out for him in 2105.
The fucked up thing with the Wolf Baxter is if you really think about it, Krang was intending to melt him on a molecular level, instead because a fly got in the way he fused him with that cretures genetic makeup in what seemed to be a spoof of The Fly... but actually was one of the things in the wolf series would be one of those recurring times where it got about as horrific as that film... that said, 4kid's Baxter continued to blow my mind that "they are doing this to a recurring character on a kids show!!?"
If he was an ally working with the Turtles then he'd be the wealthiest scientist in existence, but since he didn't do so that ended up with him going through the worst torture imaginable.
Great video. Stockman was one of my favorite side characters in TMNT 2003. All his various forms were interesting and unique. Losing one body part after another, until he was nothing but a brain and eye and he just wanted to die was really dark. I really liked how he finally got a happy ending in the future.

Insane how almost 20 years later I find out that a bizarre reoccurring scene I had as a child was the Organic Mousers in the test tubes and Baxter dying. Sometime around 13:00.
The petty party that is pretty much have to the majority of this comment section is downright hilarious as they seem to also forget that 60% of his mutilation was his own fault for failing (Yes it's disproportionate retribution in many areas, but still). The rest was because people still needed his brain and couldn't have it without the personality
Of all the stockmen in TV shows and comics, this one is by far the unluckiest fellow as he lost his mother, turned into a slave for the cruelest villain, torn piece by piece until all that's left is his brain, managed to escape to work for a special agent in return he can clone his own body only to turn into a complete failure and go back to being a brain in a jar it went on for many years into the future so as all as I'm concerned Baxter stockman 2003 is by far the saddest character in the history of sympathetic villains
So is boss man doing both torturing him but also giving him new ways to stay alive. Like did they cut off stockman hand than got the okay to put a robot hand.
Well, I checked the dreamwave adaptation for this video, and found it very similar (and at the same time, not the same universe). So it may be its own video (the whole dreamwave universe).
I feel like Ch’rell is the king of cheating death. That dude survived an explosion with worms, got his ass throw into a frozen planet but got revived, and made a digital copy of himself that happened to materialise into real life.
I always really liked this version of Baxter Stockman, mainly because they really developed the character well, also I was confused too when I rewatched the OG series and saw Baxter wasn't African American in the first series.
He’s just like Mr Freeze in the DCAU where he was a head in a jar which it’s kinda comedic just like Arthur Fleck would say that all his life was tragedy but it really is a comedy, well there was that episode that never got released where it reveals that the Garbageman returns and that he was Hun’s brother and season 2 of Fast Forward which you should do too I always thought that Turtle robot that he and Leatherhead made was this version of Metalhead and the cockroach man was this versions Scumbug?
Y'know sometimes I feel bad for villains but as soon as I hear "he tried killing an innocent person purposely" I lose all sympathy and I'm like "Ah ok. Nevermind."
Thanks for watching! What do you think of this version of Baxter?
This was my favorite version of Baxter in shows
This one is all right but I love the other version in the mirage comics he was a sociopath.
Baxter reminds me of Starscream in so many ways!
Even though he’s a villain, I feel bad for him

Hard to feel bad for Baxten when he did this to himself.
I’m convinced that the idea of Baxter constantly loosing body parts and gaining them is just so they could give him a million different looks
How much his brain and eye can still remain alive up to his most final form in TMNTFF
Makes for good toys
Dr. Baxter Stockman as a cyborg (robot) is better than a mutant-fly.
I think it fits better because the dark irony of someone who is obsessed with robots becoming a robot himself.
I swear, every time this guy was somehow brought back to life I groaned. Just let the man die!

The series did have its own Krang. He just got split between Ch'rell, Baxter Stockman, and that Utrom who hated walking on his tentacles.
Well, there was an actual Utrom named Krang as well, but it was just a throwaway joke :p
What the 2003 series did to Stockman made him becoming a Superfly in other iterations look not so bad.

He does briefly, as a boy.
Yes, but he's renamed to Baxter Stockboy

I like that how Mikey called Baxter, Stockmanstein and I like his new looks in Fast Forward.

Fun fact: Nintendo did something similar with a character called "Fassad" in a little game called "Mother 3".
