I was wondering..in every video I've seen,in the cafe there's only the ones who are recoring video,so there is usually more people or, when you book you have the room all for your self? May sounds silly,but I've never seen in a single video or photo more than 3 person (on the same table) xD

I love rewatching this and noticing the details, The way Shina(the head butler I think?) when shown had the professional air and had a look as if he was smiling but he wasnt? And Iori had a more charming look and smiled openly
RinRin and Risa hiding their laughs at 10:29 was perfect. Iori’s really good at improv! ☺️

Like, a STEM themed cafe where drinks are served in beakers, there’s science decorations, etc.

You need to ask in advance. Not sure how much in advance, but they like to make sure no other customers are there so you don't bother them or make them uncomfortable

Only with special permission. Same thing with videos, you need to ask permission in advance so you can be the only one there and you don't bother or invade the space of anyone else. Phones aren't allowed so you'd need an actual camera for both

It's a very expensive place. I almost had a heart attack when I saw the bill at another YT video. But then again I am Indian and INR currency is not that strong compared to Yen or Dollar.

Because they were taking video. You need to ask in advance if you want to take pictures or record your time there. They clear the place so you don't bother or invade the space and privacy of anyone else who might be there. Hence why you need permission. And phones aren't allowed either way.
