That’s good as long as you come back positive it’s good usually normal to come back even first couple months of trucking and you will keep doing better
_Where did you get your Fuel discount card? How did you start getting loaded? What state was your insurance? would you suggest leasing on or on authority? How long did it take you to put everything together? How many miles is on the semi_
Ok too many questions in one comment lol i have a video about truck and the insurance you can watch and I’ll make one about the fuel card and honestly its all depends on you if you wanna get your mc or lease on to a carrier usually people who get there own mc have a vision of expanding the company as much as possible and the people who lease on are the ones who wants to make more money and have more freedom and just drive one truck but one thing is for sure having your mc is a lot more work than just leasing on to someone
I did this for 35 years,do not get caught up in the gross money you make in a year, ALL THAT MATTERS IS THE CASH MONEY YOU END UP WITH ON YOUR KITCHEN TABLE.
As of my most recent policy change i pay $18,441 for the truck $1,761 for trailer and $1,801 for my cargo insurance all together adds up to $22,003 for 12 months but i got some extra cover like towing, down time pay, and rental cost if something ever happens hopefully it won’t my monthly payment this month will be $2,050 but for the 7 months after that is gonna be $1,651.86
Bro honestly that was my plan until i realized there are brokers out there trying to take advantage of people with new MC and most good paying loads ask for 90 days or more for the insurance part is i did some change to my policy adding cargo insurance it made this moth cheaper but next month I gotta pay $2,050 but every month after that is 1,651 until the rest i made a 20% down payment
Man i know i was expecting a 7mpg but I’m getting like 6 but I was mostly running northwest lots of up and down and the second reason is I’m trying to get my first 1,000 gallon from flying j to get the showers which is not the cheapest i mean depending on location and the third reason is the engine is tuned up to max 505hp and 1860 torque so the rpm stays relatively high i keep the cruise control right at 67-68mph but rpm stays high so might need to go a little slower to save fuel when I calculate my cost per mile fuel is costing me about 62 cents a mile
Lol you not even a trucker bro so you don’t get to talk 🤫 keep doing your stupid podcast and I really hope you’ll start getting more than 5 views stop hating
Over $12k for 17 days of running, new MC # and you are kinda new to the game. I think you should be proud of yourself.

Yes true next month gonna go harder
I agree
A positive improvement and you have items to build upon. You set yourself up with expenses based on having a new authority.
Keep it up
Yes hopefully next month will be a lot better

And that is 100% right
Well i wash my truck with my own hands ..thats saved money! And its good fitness too! 😊
Well this wasn’t really a truck wash i had to wash my load which was steel racks before delivering
how old is your truck how mush you have your truck insurance for.

Stay OUT of MT,Dakotas and wash/ore unless your going home
Yes that’s what I’m thinking no more montana unless going home
TBH you should not be taking any breaks for a few months.
That’s my plan for June hopefully i will run the whole month and find good loads
@@TruckItTillYouMakeIt build connections with brokers and ask if they have loads at each location that you deliver to
Me personally, I wouldn’t take any breaks the first 90. 1400 a month insurance is surprising as I got a quote from progressive for 2333 a month.

Man, your fuel cost is very high. Do u know why.

Weight
@@krypttoenight9971 and the weight is obviously a big factor i had heavy loads 80% of the time it was over 75k lb GVW
Speedway generally has good price on fuel. Might be better to get the better rate on fuel and pay for shower out of pocket
@@michaelburton9120 yes that is something i thought about i gotta start doing that or only pump 50gal at flying j for the shower each time
AFT dispatch you tube
You know it i already contacted them
