Thor has a story arc. A development of personality. From Thor 1 where is a spoiled little rich kid, all the way to Love and Thunder where he becomes a father figure. A few more films and he can end as grumpy old man Thor. Thousands of years old. This is known as good story telling. To the people who think he should have been that from the start. You're boring.
