Did you use a regular screw driver in the beginning for the first two pieces?

I have a question can u remove the third shelve and just have the two shelves

I think you might be able to do that but it might not be very structurally sound and could break.

Kallax aren’t like this anymore now there’s just cheap wooden dowels, no cam locks
