      Look into keto, I did it for a month and lost 15 pounds. I wasn’t even that strict about it either.

    I work hard in the restaurant industry and I bought BCAA supplement I have it in capsule form and it works man I was working and dancing around people like I was Michael Jackson lol not sore or tried at all it works well you got my sub bro

    I just bought a tub of Bcaas and it's helped me out I was on pre workout Stims and got burned out.

    Alot of videos say bcaa powder is a waste, but i dropped the amount of protein i take and added in creatine so ill probly add bcaa powder with my creatine next time i buy my workout stuff

      Good question. I usually just drink it immediately. Not sure about shelf life.

    I'm about to order a vegan keto bcaa,I wanted to know if this breaks a fast because I fast 18hrs a day,should I just take after I break my fast?

      You will break your fast. Some people say you can have up to 35 calories and still be fasted. But if you’re fasting you should consume nothing except water.

    I take Super HD pills and I do take my BPI BCAA shredded after workout and I'll take it on my meals I do alot of swimming and cardios sprinting other days I do hard weight training

      I started taking BCAA and suddenly had less appetite. My weight was normal, though I wanted to be on the thin side. Same weight for over a year until I took the BCAA. In a few days I lost 2 pounds. Also feel more energetic.

      Ooh I'd like to know that too.! I don't see why not. These amino acids all exist together in nature. And how come we don't just stick the BCAA into the workout smoothie? All questions I need to know the answers to. lol

      Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein contains a little bit of BCAA. I also take creatine. So i mix creatine with my post workout protein that contains BCAA. So i assume ive just mixed creatine, whey, and BCAA all together. Doesnt affect me at all

      Return why you purchased and get what you really want. BCAA should tasted great! You can take it throughout the day. Put it In your water.

    BCAAS ARE USELESS!!!! unless you have the other 6 essential amino acids so a supplement of only these 3 acids is essentially useless. They are effective if u get all 9 essential amino acids at the same time and the best way for this is though natural protein sources like chicken/eggs/etc or whey protein powder with all 9 acids. Studies on these are commonly misrepresented in order to sell these bcaa supplements which are basically useless. Just wanted to help for whoever sees this👍🏻💪🏻

    Sir I'm preparing for Indian army selections daily i run in early morning and evening and i do body weight exercises after run i wake up at 4:20 am and i start run at 5:00 am with empty stomach
    I'm not take any supplements never before and now I'm just started taking the supplements sir can i take pre workout powder with bcaa with empty stomach in early morning before run please tell me sir

      I can’t tell you yes or no. What I can tell you is that I take ore workouts on a empty stomach and it work well for me.

    Absolutely NO need for BCAA if you consume adequate amounts of complete proteins like meat, chicken, fish, every day. Adequate means between 0.7g to 1.0g of protein per lean body mass weight per day. These protein sources not only include suffient amounts of BCAA bur also all other essential aminos. This is just another unnecessary ad.

    Hii I'm a women lol I was wondering the BCAA+ protein does it make u gain weight because there's protein added in? And if I just get the BCAA ( for women) how often should I use it if I'm working out every other day. And if I use almond milk in my smoothies sometimes is that a weight gain? Because if the almond's? Would my body react differently if all of a sudden I stop using it? Hope u respond 🥺💕

      Disclaimer: I Don’t know how your body responds to anything supplement related. I would recommend for you to do trial and error. Almond milk is best unsweetened and I use BCAA on most days. Protein does not pack on weight, sugar does that.
