You will break your fast. Some people say you can have up to 35 calories and still be fasted. But if you’re fasting you should consume nothing except water.

I started taking BCAA and suddenly had less appetite. My weight was normal, though I wanted to be on the thin side. Same weight for over a year until I took the BCAA. In a few days I lost 2 pounds. Also feel more energetic.

Yes but then you won’t sleep lol had to work in 9 hrs but got home couldn’t sleep only had 1hr sleep an off to work lol think before u mix it.

Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein contains a little bit of BCAA. I also take creatine. So i mix creatine with my post workout protein that contains BCAA. So i assume ive just mixed creatine, whey, and BCAA all together. Doesnt affect me at all

Return why you purchased and get what you really want. BCAA should tasted great! You can take it throughout the day. Put it In your water.

BCAAS ARE USELESS!!!! unless you have the other 6 essential amino acids so a supplement of only these 3 acids is essentially useless. They are effective if u get all 9 essential amino acids at the same time and the best way for this is though natural protein sources like chicken/eggs/etc or whey protein powder with all 9 acids. Studies on these are commonly misrepresented in order to sell these bcaa supplements which are basically useless. Just wanted to help for whoever sees this👍🏻💪🏻

I can’t tell you yes or no. What I can tell you is that I take ore workouts on a empty stomach and it work well for me.

Absolutely NO need for BCAA if you consume adequate amounts of complete proteins like meat, chicken, fish, every day. Adequate means between 0.7g to 1.0g of protein per lean body mass weight per day. These protein sources not only include suffient amounts of BCAA bur also all other essential aminos. This is just another unnecessary ad.
I hate when "fitness influencers" use women's best bc they are getting paid to endorse it but if you look at the ingredients, the brand is sub par but ppl believe what they see without doing any of their own research

Hii I'm a women lol I was wondering the BCAA+ protein does it make u gain weight because there's protein added in? And if I just get the BCAA ( for women) how often should I use it if I'm working out every other day. And if I use almond milk in my smoothies sometimes is that a weight gain? Because if the almond's? Would my body react differently if all of a sudden I stop using it? Hope u respond 🥺💕
Disclaimer: I Don’t know how your body responds to anything supplement related. I would recommend for you to do trial and error. Almond milk is best unsweetened and I use BCAA on most days. Protein does not pack on weight, sugar does that.
