I have the same watch and I absolutely love it! Every time I wear it, when I’m driving and the sun hits it right, the beauty of the watch is quite mesmerizing. Love the fit of it and you can just easily dress it up or down and it works with any outfit possible. I even wear it with my scrubs at work and its just fits. I’m glad you’re enjoying this watch just as much as I am! 😊
Couldn't agree more with your remarks about the butterfly clasp and number of links. I have an AT in the two tone 38mm variant. Bracelet is incredibly comfortable and I really enjoy the continuity of it. It's not disrupted by a huge clasp. Got it new old stock for a huge discount (45% off retail), which is unheard of for a comparable watch like a Datejust.
Good point about the clasp not monopolizing the strap. It’s a very comfortable bracelet too…having the deployment triggers outside of the swing arm keeps them up off your wrist. There isn’t a single pinch point on it!
I have it. I like it. I like the review. The only fault for me is the completely useless time zone feature (I never leave Israel) and the lack of a quick-date change feature. The smaller Aqua Terra is without the time-zone feature and is easy to set the date. {But being smaller means it's not for me). The 8900 movement is pretty much 0 deviation for months, at least for me ב"ה.
Thank you! I thought that the lack of a quick date would annoy me more than it does, but I guess that I’m just kind of used to it now. Just about another minute or so of turning to set it. I even like you tried the smaller one back when I got this and decided against it when both my wife and the lady at the omega boutique both tried to tactfully steer me towards the larger one.
The lume does not last for a super long time. It’s really high quality lume there just isn’t a whole lot of it. For a dress watch however the lume is fantastic. Visibility of the hands is great!
@@nikolajnb3774 o yea for sure would last a movie sitting just don’t expect dive watch all night performance, that’s not the intent of the watch. But 2-4 hours you are good to go. And both of those are gorgeous that’s a hard choice!
Really? For that price, on that watch, anyone would really expect the bracelet to have a clasp with micro-adjustment. That's the minimum requirement. Although the butterfly clasp on this Omega is not as annoying and unreasonable as, for example, on the Longines Conquest.

Got the green faced Aquaterra last year, it’s an amazing piece and has become my everyday watch. Love everything about it.

Nice watch. I bought my AT 12 years ago, the first version, blue sunburst dial, 39 mm. Great watch and no problem going in the water.
One of my favorite watches.
Subscribed ! Love the watch and content man, thanks!

Thanks! It’s so comfortable and you are right I can’t think of a time it has pinched hair or skin or anything.
I just got the chrono version of this for timing things! Love it.
Nice! Such a great looking line of watches, honestly couldn’t ask for better in my book.
Love that watch
Fantastic watch, enjoy the experience 😊
Beautiful watch

Is this the black or green dial version?
I this in 38mm. Kinda wish is was the blue or green dial. Great watch though
Amazing video
I would also get them both
Did you sell your extra links?
About how long will the lume stay for? And is it hard to see the hands on some angles?

@@StevesAdventure Thanks for the response! Would the lume last a movie sitting? :) Im torn between AT 41 in black and a snowflake...

@@StevesAdventure cheers for the response and input! Now im just going to dwell on this a bit more, such a hard choice haha
For me all night long. But not a strong glow.

Is this 38 or 41?
It’s the 41mm
Beautiful watch!
