The late great Don Pardo voicing the bumper and the late Howard Reig provides the voiceover promo.

Nope, that's definitely Reig. Wendell and Reig's voices do sound similar, but Wendell's is higher is tone.

'Coz you know, when you're watching Little House, you gotta be washing clothes. The show just makes you think--Laundry!

I've been watching LHOTP reruns on the Hallmark channel and I've noticed that Hallmark cuts out scenes in order to squeeze in more commercials. Back when LHOTP first aired, it didn't have nearly as many commercials interferring with the program as they do now. TV is virtually unwatchable nowadays because of so many commercials.

Not to mention logos and promos constantly on the screen during the entire program. I totally agree it's unwatchable. Hallmark Channel is one of the worst.

TBS SuperStation was the best when it came to airing reruns of LHOTP
My mom loves the show so much, but my dad and I prefer Bonanza, but hey,
Both shows with the late Michael Landon were timeless classics

0:18 - Thursday night Orson Welles hosts a gigantic and dazzling special featuring the Soviet Union's top performers, first time on American television highlights of the Russian Dance Festival, followed by the award-winning true story of "Farewell to Manzanar". Thursday starting at 8/7 Central and Mountain Time on NBC, stay tuned now for "Dark Victory" next.

If I remember it right, the man who did a sponsor bumper for Little House is the one and only Don Pardo. And I thought he only did SNL and Jeopardy! Kenneth A Huang 8/10/2022.

Not the Bette Davis version, though. This was a modernized remake starring Elizabeth Montgomery of "Bewitched" fame.
