I live in NC and we don't recognize common law marriages and it doesn't matter how long you've been together. They do take into account anything you have acquired over the years like, homes or businesses you started together as a couple but, I think that's true in any situation.

What a disrespect to ask her, on a prime time interview tv show, about her personal life. This woman is a genius, is accomplished and successful in everything she has done. That is what I want to know about.
