Class II open bite correction with aligners and IZC screws｜【Chris Chang Ortho】CC564

A 25-yr old male presented with a Class II open bite malocclusion and a right-side midline shift. The treatment plan is to prescribe aligner therapy, combined with two IZC screws. The mechanical advantages of aligners can enlarge the TMJ space by the increasing vertical dimension. A spongy device, aligner chewies, was used to facilitate the counterclockwise rotation of the mandible and successfully resolved the open bite. The side effects of incisor extrusion of IZC screws when retracting the upper dentition was also beneficial to open bite correction.
一名25歲的男性患有Class II咬合不正，合併開咬和中線偏右的問題。治療計畫為以隱形矯正器合併兩支IZC迷你螺絲。隱形牙套的特性可增加垂直高度使TMJ空間擴大，後牙區使用彈性咬合輔助物（aligner chewies）亦有助於逆時鐘旋轉下顎，最後成功改正開咬問題。IZC迷你螺絲在將下排齒列往後推時會產生推出前牙的副作用也有助於矯正開咬。

Did the upper arch rotate clockwise because of the position of the lower IZC mini implant?

Yeah I am not sure about this part also. I would think they mean intrusion, but I don't see any intrusion act here.
