Thank you Alex. I really appreciate the update videos. I just started out on 7/1 with a 2021 F350 and a 30 ft gooseneck (load trail) I’m using your air table template to run my business. Plus the business side no one really talks about.
My goal for the last half of 2021 is $250k and to add another truck.

I haven't heard the profit, or, driver pay (your pay per mile). All I've heard gross/revenue. You could be driving for nothing & paying out for even more than' is coming in.

But tired of what I am doing now. Would really love a change of scenery. I love driving and traveling, if you are looking for more drivers.

So how many Company drivers was it, ratio-wise, compared to Owner Operators? I'm curious bc I have a dually and a gooseneck and my own authority and I'm interested in possibly hiring in with you if you have room?

I wanna go nonCDL & I have a gmc 3500HD with the Air Suspension.. my GVWR Is 13025, which only gives me 12975 GVWR on a trailer...
But can I find a 40ft trailer with that low of a GVWR???
You are confusing numbers and you didn't post your GCWR. If you max out your truck, then yes, you can't have the trailer axles weigh more than 12975, but you will have pin weight on the hitch, so the trailer needs to be rated to include that weight. Alex did a decent video explaining the differences between GVW, GVWR and GCWR. BTW, air suspension doesn't gain you anything over what the truck is rated for.

NEED ADVICE ASAP SOMEONE PLEASE: Made a giant mistake and took a gooseneck trailer to California from Michigan and the trailer I had set up to come back home fell through...can I PC all the way home or do I need to log it as usual? I only have a truck

Sounds great, we have been in Hotshot trucking for about 3 years and we custom ordered trailers from Diamond C. They are a little more expensive but they do have a great selection and we have not any problems. They are in your neck of the woods in Texas, just a thought. Keep the faith, do you have any direct customers or are you just working off the load boards.
