Fortunately for Applewood, the things being permitted were not being built by us, but there are many times where this can happen to contractors and it will really slow them down and the progress of the project.

      That’s how much a decent size bathroom in ny cost and that’s just a bit of tiling , new fixtures , floors , shower etc . & 15k to dig dirt ?? Im In the wrong business . Not even roofers make that much

    Definitely need a permit to trench it…. So you know where the existing stuff is at. And don’t hit it. Man this dude

      That’s what I was thinking!!! How many dozens of calls a day does the city get about a private contractor who pays as few taxes as possible just destroyed another public water line or electrical line. 😂😂😂 hint hint it’s between 8-15 calls a day during the busy building seasons out here in so cal.

      pretty sure it was 15-1600. No client who was trying to save money by self contracting would pay this much for a trench@@mikemorales2120

      No over $100 per LF trench is nuts. $40-50 is pretty normal in CA

      so someone would pay 6000 for a 120 foot trench? use a trenching machine, few hours maybe 4-5 hours total to trench then clean out with a trenching shovel@@Daltonator87
