Piranha 190cc is a rebrand Zhongshan 190 they only rebrand the only 2 190 is zs190 and Daytona 190 , the only yx that’s close is if you build a yx187 with a 4 valve head

these engines don't require any special tools. only specific thing would maybe be a torque wrench for the head studs when putting it back. if your doing top end its pretty simple. get your basic tools. get a razor blade to clean up the old gaskets. scotch bright for that as well. some contact cleaner or brake and parts cleaner.if your adjusting valves then get some feeler gauge set. if your doing the bottom end then get some snap ring pliers as well. might need a case splitters. Flywheel removal tool. clutch removal tool. then should be good to go
If it’s blown I would check crank, make sure no shavings are in it and clean the bottom end, there is no better way I know to clean it completely I would take apart the bottom end just to clean it , the special tools you need are pit bike castle nut remover and a flywheel puller both should be inexpensive.
