I think theres a generation now who think people sound like theve been sucking on helium, I blame cher she started it. Melodynes better but it likes to crash.
Melodyne is definitely better but unreliable within mixcraft, but there was an recent update that included melodyne so maybe its not as bad anymore 🤷🏽♂️

Go into your mixcraft settings and you can choose either light or dark
