- I've been looking for heavy duty mobile bases that are easy to lift and maneuver. The Bora PM 3550 bases are both have improved my shop flow a ton. Check out my thoughts

Clicked on this thinking that “install” would have help with assembly. Good “review” and demo video. And very cute cat.
that magically appearing moustache freaked me out man!!! thanks for the vid, buying one tomorrow.
Glad to help!
Thank you for giving a quick update after some months of usage. So many reviews are done at unboxing, but who knows how well something will last in actual use.
My favorite part is the cat stopping to wonder what in the world you are doing during the dance. 🤣
I just an hour ago finished assembling three of those PM 3550 Bora Mobile Bases... They are brand new... I bought them on Amazon, they were delivered yesterday.
However, I discovered they don't swivel well at all, ... which is VERY, VERY disappointing. So now I need to shop for replacements for the casters that came with these brand new PM 3550 Bora Mobile Bases I just bought..
Make sure the bolts on top of the casters are not hitting them. Mine backed out a little over time and effected their turning. They should swivels really good actually as you can see in the vid
Hey man, I found you from Instagram! Nice channel. Subscribed!
Awesome bro! Thanks for following
I bought the 1000. It was trash. The cams require tremendous amount of effort if you have something that is truly heavy. It's rated at 400 lb and I tried to put a 270 lb bandsaw on it. Yes it worked but you had to seriously push hard with your foot instead of making it nice and easy. I upgraded to the 2500 and it has been infinitely better. $30 more but it's well worth it. Other than that I have no complaints
The only bora tool I own is the pm2500. My experience with installing the rear wheels left me with a bad feeling about ever buying another bora tool
Damn!!! I need a mobile base for my drum sander!!
with that base the tool is as mobile as an agile cat...thanks
Sold.
Bravo, good video and information
Good video homie!
Can you use this for a washer machine? If so can I keep the washer machine on it while it's on with the wheels locked?
Could I use this to put under my foostball table so I can move it out of the way when we are done playing? Can I play with those coasters under table since they lock? I also have some powerblock adjustable weights with its own stand that I would add coasters to it?
Great info... Question, can you orient the swivel corner brackets so the levers face inward towards each other so when standing in front of the machinery they aren't in the way of your feet...
no
I have the 2500 works well for 270 lbs.
The Chupacabra runs past at 1:27!
Good video! Thanks
What is the distance from frame to floor and does your base roll smoothly over cords and floor mats ?
Distance is 3/4” or so. Mats maybe but not smoothly over cords since it’s so heavy.
You need those mobile base mover’s . You are always changing up your shop layout .
nice review thanks...you freaked me out when your edit came back and you had the porn stash though
not gonna lie, I came here for the cute cat
It’s not a shop kitty* 😂
Daniel Mendez haha nice! 👊
