When I subscribed to your channel at first, it was due to your class A diesel pusher as we are seeking to do the full time RV lifestyle in a class A diesel pusher. Your positive and helpful vids won me over. Then the shock seeing you in a tiny rig, took some getting use too. 🙂 Your trip to Alaska was amazing and it kept me wanting for your next vid. Now, that you're back in your class A again, it will be fun to see where your adventures take you! Thank you both for keeping it real and positive!

This video is proof that everyone has to find the ideal rig for themselves. That little Class C is my DREAM RIG but I would never travel with something as big as your Class A. 😂😂😂

I so appreciate your honesty. We have not purchased a RV yet. I do not think we could do a class C that small. However you learned from an amazing experience. It has been a joy watching you all. Like you all said, would have been hard to stay in the places you guys did in a large Class A, Served its purpose.

Congrats on selling your Class C. I thought at first you were going to say you quit Rving. You scared me. You can’t leave me. The Waggs left and I cried my eyes out. I would cry my eyes out if you left Rv world. But I’m glad you’re not. Ya I would do the same thing if I had a class c have tow vehicle. Same with a class A. Glad you both went on the adventure you did take all of us with you It was fun! I enjoyed it. Looking forward to seeing more adventures. Glad you sold the class C and that was quick too! Hope you have a great week and weekend and see you Saturday. Love you both! ❤❤🤗🥰

I laughed ! I had suspicions you might not like it😂 I’m 65 and retired trucker of 40 years and we’ve had 6 big class C’s. Not the super C. We ordered our gulfstream 6320 class C loaded in 2021 and love it for all the space plus towing capacity. We tow dolly our front wheel drive car with us.

we actually just sold our class a for a smaller tag on trailer......as much as I loved driving the motor-home around, we found it challenging to find decent sites (within Ontario for us), to find sites that allowed us to fit. We have taken the new one out, it is great to fit wherever we want too (and since we did not have a toad, it's nice to have our truck to travel to places we visit). I am sure once we get to the full time stage, I can see us going back to a class a, but for now, this is what we have done. It's different for everyone (needs, wants, etc).......happy to hear you figured it out before selling your class a. Great video! safe travels

We have part time camped for over 20 years with most every setup out there. I have watched your channel for quite a while now and had the same thoughts as I followed your Alaska trip. I retire 10/25/24 and although we will not be full time, we have some 2-3month trips planned next year. Hoping to grow our youtube channel into something like yours. Maybe see you on the road! Happy Trails!

“First Blood” was filmed in Hope BC. If you are a Rambo fan and ever near by, stop and check out Hope. A dying logging town at the time, Rambo saved the town. The crew said we will be making a lot of noise, will need to close streets for extended periods of time and we want to blow up a lot of stuff, even a gas station. Is that ok? The town replied we have 4 or 5 gas stations that have closed, pick the one you want to blow up! The rest is history. I’ll keep my old class C. I’m not into “A”s but I can see why a tow behind is totally necessary. Being an old Class 1 driver (Canada) I would have to go with a fifth wheel pulled by a baby single axle, crew cab Kenworth. That would be fun to tour with. Those big buses just don’t turn and I don’t imagine are too much fun to back up with a tow behind. I started watching your channel because of your Alaska trip. I’ll keep subscribed because i enjoy the 2 of you no matter what you’re driving. Take care. 👍

I agree with both of those statements. I will never go smaller. Our 32 foot travel trailer is too small for me. I would never have a driveable rig without having a backup vehicle. Can’t do it. Love you guys.

I had to laugh because I had an idea what your never going to do again was. I hate not having our vehicle to drive as well. However, our last trip because of elevation I did not want to tow a vehicle this time. We were able to find a unbelievable deal on a rental for two weeks through Costco. We had a class C with two slide outs but it got crowded fast with 5 people. That is when we stepped up to a class A and have never looked back. I have to side with you, we could not have done a trip like that in our class C. I have to tip the cap to both of you. Continue the good work and we can't wait to see the next adventure.

  • @WanderingWilfords

I agree with you regarding the size and not having a tow vehicle. When my wife and I bought our first Class A we didn’t have a tow vehicle for the first few trips we made and we both said never again. We sold it after one year because we hadn’t retired yet and couldn’t justify having it sit for long periods of time. I retired a couple of years ago and went from the 40ft to 35ft Class A and yes we flat tow a tow vehicle. The smaller floor plan was hard to get use to but with four slides it opens up nicely. We couldn’t do a smaller vehicle after experiencing the larger class A floor plans.

Glad are so honest. I do have bigger class on the ford E450 platform. We are still part time so have got a vehicle set up to tow. I realy see the benefits of a tow. We sometimes just drive 2 vehicles if we are not traveling more that 2 hours and truly see the benefit. But longer trip my wife and i like to drive together. We realy don't like unhooking to go in town. We have levelers a side etc. Thanks for your review and videos. Safe travels.

We had a 2015 Trend like you had and took it to Alaska. We found it too big and under powered. Thankfully it did not have any slide outs to fail. We currently have a Pleasureway Ontour 2.2 that fits our needs much better. No need to level with compressor refrigerator and Lithium batteries. With dual is basically no ccc limitation that hampered us with the tend.

Our Rusty immediately checks out the sofa in a hotel, vacation home, any place we're staying.....he requires a comfy sofa!🤣 Have to keep the pups comfy!🤣 Safe travels!
