Just made this and it came out really awesome!! Skipped the lemon curd part and replaced the frosting with mascarpone + lemon zest + lemon juice + icing powder. The bakes turned out delicious, thank you!!!
I love this recipe! Personally I don't put mascarpone in the mixture (not having it in my fridge most of the time) but it still turns out good without it. I just make them as they are, without lemon curd. :)
I would love to try this delicious looking recipe, but the instructions are in such tiny writing, I can't read them, even with a magnifying glass. Please make your print much larger, as I think this recipe is a real winner. Many thanks
