Robb You should bring someone form Extreme Metal familly like David Vincent(Morbid Angel) Trevor Peres(Obituary) Glenn Benton(Deicide) Alex Webster(Cannibal Corpse) Peter Tagtren(Hypocrisy) Sakis Tolis(Rotting Christ) Helmuth(Belphegor) Peter Wiwczarek(Vader) Karl Willetts(Bolt Thrower) Chris Reifert(Autopsy) Bill Steer(Carcass) Karl Sanders(Nile) btw I love your Deep and Personal conversations with Guests
Tony's fuckin awesome man me and my buddy saw municipal waste at this club called the underground in the UK a long ass time ago it was fuckin chaotic we had our pic taken with tony after the show he's a great dude and frontman cheers Robb for getting him on the podcast 🤘🤘🤘🍻🍻🍻chechecheeeers
That's not a bad idea but I don't see that ever happening. I do remember Doc Coyle doing something similar on his Ex Man podcast a little while back. I'm pretty sure a fan interviewed him or something and it was cool and interesting.
@@joshuayettou3552 It's doable. Post questions on discord or the like. Maybe he could choose a handful of his favorite questions to send some MH swag or tix to a show on the upcoming tour? Giveaways always attract a crowd. Food for thought.
@@eyeiess Oh I agree. That's a great idea. Robb has a Twitch account where you can subscribe for only $5.99 a month where you can chat with and see Robb playing guitar, warming up and just shooting the $hit. It's the best way to get any ideas/thoughts you'd like to discuss with Robb. Also, Robb and J Mac (Jared the bass player of MH of course!) do an Electric Happy Hour most Friday afternoons (6 PM Eastern Standard Time) for around 2 hours playing MH songs and lots of really fun cover songs. It's played here on YT, on FB and also on Robb's Twitch channel. If you haven't checked it out already it comes on this evening (depending on where you live?). Hope to see ya'll there!!! 🤘🏼🤘🏼🎸❤🔥❤🔥❤🔥🔥🔥🔥
At the Aragon 'Brawlroom' in Chicago. headliners Smashing Pumpkins, Red Hot Chili Peppers. Opening act Pearl Jam. Also The Metro, where they filmed 'Evenflow'.
Dude you saw the Screaming Trees open for Alice in Chains!? Oh man i totally envy you! I've been on a huge Screaming Trees and Mark Lanegan (RIP) trip the past few YEARS now (Mark Lanegan has a whole bunch of solo albums and it takes forever to soak it all in) and just adore their music. As far as Pearl Jam goes I do like some of their songs and Stone Gossard is a hell of a guitarist and I respect their musicianship but I'm sorry Eddie Vedders vocals just don't do it for me. I can only take PJ in small doses and never thought they were as great as Alice in Chains, Soundgarden, Nirvana, Screaming Trees, Mudhoney, Tad, Mother Love Bone (which is basically PJ before Eddie Vedders replaced Andrew Wood who died of a heroin overdose back in 1990. RIP), etc. I'm sure PJ does do a hell of a live show though! I bet it was pretty epic. Looking forward to the podcast!
I like Pearl Jam songs and Eddie Vedder’s voice… „Black” is a masterpiece! And I love the soundtrack to one of my beloved movies „Into the wild”, which was written by Eddie🖤
@@magdalena_g I do like some of PJ's songs (I like "Evenflow", "Black", "Yellow Ledbetter", "Animal", "I Am Mine" and a few others. Like I said before I just think that Alice in Chains, Nirvana, Soundgarden, Screaming Trees and the like were SO much better than PJ. They are fine for what they do but just don't have a whole lot of "replay value" for me, if that makes any sense?
The mention of RKL gained mad respect from me.... not that it matters... I love you guys for lovin RKL🤘
