I have grown up being called ugly my entire life.. through my parents, through my 20s my 30s and compounded by ME. Men in bars would come up to me in front of friends and say WOW you’re ugly. It was earth shattering… I carried this around for years in the form of shame and made very bad choices as a result. Now I recognise that they hated themselves and they saw how much I hated myself. Because everyone is a mirror right?? Today I change my appearance permanently! I AM that girl.. I realise that I really am the most beautiful person.

Just a reminder - this is all well and good but don't forget to stay grounded. Love yourself as much as someone who says they are a dream man or woman who has it all and who is as hot as they can be. But ALSO remember that we are perfect AS imperfect. The reason is that we don't need anything other than ourselves, and we also don't need to be stereotypically hot. I would say that a lot of people don't feel as hot as someone who is on video with all their makeup done, looking like they're in their 20s. That's okay. That's why we need to stay grounded. We will all age and become less attractive physically but that doesn't take away from having a beautiful life. Anyway, yes do your affirmations and yes believe you are enough and beautiful as can be - but stay grounded, stay humble and stay confident. Loving yourself can and should be an unconditional knowing.
