- United States Army Mountain Warfare Unit | 10th Mountain Division
The 10th Mountain Division is a light infantry division in the United States Army based at Fort Drum, New York. Designated as a mountain warfare unit, the division is the only one of its size in the US military to receive intense specialized training for fighting in mountainous and arctic conditions. Since 2001, the 10th Mountain Division has been the most deployed unit in the US military.

Awesome ,these guys don't go around bragging there the best they just prove it.
That's some no joke smoke festival stuff up that mountain with a ruck and skis...carrying on the tradition of hard-core mfers.

AMERICAN HEROES
Thank you for your sacrifice in WWII in the North of Italy.
Yeah Italy is doing great now lmao
every day is leg day
Tele mark Boys! Build those legs up at altitude!!
Do a video on Air Force combat control
Why isn’t this mountain warfare unit based in a mountain region, like the Rockies or Appalachia? This division is supposed to be trained in Mountain warfare and yet nowhere near real mountains.
It use to be in Colorado, which was smart because it was close to Fort Collins and also at a similar elevation that they would see in real life. Not sure how you could ever simulate the elevation change in New York
ils sont bien
à Djibouti....il y à environ 1500 soldats Français et environs 4000 soldats US e, ce moment ...
That was in Chile🇨🇱
Soplas!
But can they clear a room
There's not a lot these guys *can't* do
Why would they need to? They're a light infantry division not a raid type of group. Thats what special warfare is for.
Survey SAYS! NOPE!
@@JasonOwensYT this guy gets it
To be frank yes we could we were actually better at that than what we did in the video
Bruh that's me on the radio lol
No it’s not. Pog.
@@deangelojohnson3770 lol alright sgt Abe says fat boi
@@ahirzy007 baby batter boy
Oh no that's where I'm going, ima freeze to death lol
What unit did you end up at?
Alternate title: The Unit With The Worst CQB In The Military
But you can rez them if anything goes wrong.
That video that went famous was from pogs, not from 11s that walk through it daily my guy.
@@deangelojohnson3770 Those were 11Bs my guy. POGs don't even do CQB training like that. Not sure who told you they weren't infantry but that was confirmed by the unit leadership.
@@JasonOwensYT yeah no go bud, it was cav scouts. If you’ve been in you know 11bs would never let this happen.
@@JasonOwensYT I guess you have never been in? The way you say shit is mad weird. You just google what an e3 was and had to put pfc? Why not just leave it at pfc? Only info I’ve ever gotten on that situation was it was cav scouts, but if you know better let me know so I can find it. Who’d ever argue that someone who made it into bat can’t run a battle drill 6 better than reg infantry 😂
The German mountain troops of WW2 look much better in their white uniforms.
Snow camouflage :)
