this is my favorite cake and something i have come quite good at making, i dont put cream on mine though just a personal taste i only like jam, oh i like that flour guard i have never seen one of those before and something i could do with.

What did those eggs ever do to you ? ;) we had our chickens laying such huge eggs but I think they have gone back to normal ! This looks so delicious and light :) love the strawberry jam and fresh strawberries! I think the lid is awesome and even on newer models flour would fly everywhere :) I could so go for a piece of this with some tea right now ! Thanks for sharing :)
