It’s absolutely ridiculous that the Supreme Court would even hear this case!!!
What will be dangerous is if the court rules in Trump's favor.
If that happens, the entire constitution would be meaningless.
That is why Trump placed Kavanaugh there, so that Kavanaugh claims presidential immunity applies to all his crimes while he was president.

Donald Trump keeps misrepresenting what the case was about. It's not about Presidential immunity, that is already enshrined in the U.S. Constitution. The U.S. Supreme Court is taking up in case today concerning Donald Trump of whether or not he was acting as POTUS or candidate when he attempted to overturn the last presidential election. He was a candidate at the time because the Trump campaign paid for it. In a ideal world, this would be pretty cut and dried.
Do we expect the Supreme court to come to the right decision?

Biden needs to get re-elected to at the very least ensure that should something happen to Thomas and/or Alito he can replace them with Liberal Justices rather than have Trump replace them with Conservative 1s.
