Dude, I'm a 54 year old man...I feel like I'm 10 years old listening to ghost stories around a campfire when you start talking. You are an AMAZING story teller!
I find myself gathering closer to the screen, eyes big as saucers and my mouth open to one big ⭕️. This man is amazing!!!!!!!!! He has a wonderful gift and I look forward to listening to the stories I haven’t heard yet!
It boggles the mind that no one thought to collect samples of the liquid for laboratory analysis. Another wasted opportunity to test physical forensic evidence from a potential paranormal incident. The other one was from 1980, the possessed kid that made it rain indoors. Great story, thank you! Hey, there is an idea for a great story, Rain man.
Yeah, that is something that really baffles me. Like finally, finally something is there you can test, and you don't? How sad. Same as the photos and the audio recording, did they try to see if it was faked somehow? Did they look harder at that stuff at all? I would want to!
I've read about two cases where an actual research team was present and they collected water/liquid that had mysteriously appeared. When they looked back in their containers are short while later, they were empty. However in the famous San Pedro haunting, the liquid appearing on the walls was human plasma! No explanation on how that was possible.
They actually did, I heard this story covered on another paranormal channel and they did an in depth study of it. The liquid was that of human bodily fluids. There’s a lot more to this story but I like that Mr Ballen just covered the police report but yeah it’s really scary actually.
In the Jackie Hernandez case in San Pedro California, in the mid eighties, same kind of case with the oily stuff seeping everywhere, they took a sample and the Laboratory concluded it was HUMAN BLOOD PLASMA!!! Creepy!!!
Yeah, I had heard of this one. I forgot the details though, but I knew it was familiar right off the bat. You know something weird is going on when the cops are even creeped out.
He certainly does! That is why I love listening and watching them. It is hard for me to watch any entire episode on RUclips or even my favorite television show in one sitting-but by the time I've noticed, today,🤣 I was by already in to my 5th video of Mr Ballens! 😆
@@ItsameAlex It was in Gary Indiana, which is just southeast of Chicago. It was covered in the local news at the time because unlike most of these cases, it seemed legit.

@Anj B I'm gonna go out on a limb here, and say race has nothing to do with this. If ANYBODY told the police, or almost anybody for that matter, that their family was being attacked by a demon it's most likely gonna raise suspicions towards the one reporting the events. A vast majority of people, even those who believe in some paranormal things, would find this type of thing very hard to believe without witnessing it themselves.
y'know one thing I like about MrBallen? Almost every other scary story youtuber I've watched uses some deep and creepy voice whilst reading but Ballen just talks in his normal everyday.
That "hey" totally gave me "Bells Canyon" vibes. I shivered for a couple seconds, actually. It's crazy how many more stories Mr. Ballen has shared that were FAR creepier than "Bells Canyon" and yet I still haven't fully gotten over that one in particular. 😆
I've noticed the same thing. I've never really even read any negative comments. It's a sigh of relief, knowing there's still hope for the human race. I don't think I've seen any other channel on RUclips where it's been totally clean, without any type of hate. I love everyone! Everybody, everywhere, regardless of color or figurement, able or disabled. I have nothing bad to say about anyone or anything. I do have the adult ability to sit down and have a debate with anyone.
@@donistreece i'm gonna be honest, i've never seen him act desperate for subs before. i've seen many comments of his on other videos where he gives constructive criticism to the creators in question. it's not that easy and it takes a lot of time to comment on so many videos, giving constructive criticism to these content creators. any of the top creators on youtube already have very well made content with few flaws. like you said, sitting in a chair 24/7 making comments is more time consuming than making actual content. he isn't mindlessly just making comments to try and gain subs fast, because his comments actually mean something. he watches the videos through and leaves a comment on them. many people like this exist on youtube, some aren't well known and others are well known like justin y for example. the argument you are trying to start is saying people who comment on many youtube videos for subscribers is not a real way to gain subscribers, when it is. try it for yourself. if being a commenter is so easy and a brainless way of getting subscribers and attention, everyone would be a commenter. anyone trying to get big on youtube? why not just be a commenter? because it's not that easy. believe me, i've tried it myself. i can't see myself putting in the hours of work to give feedback and writing things relevant to the video i'm watching. if you want to stay ignorant and assume commenting 24/7, hell even for 5 hours every day, then be that way. i won't stop you.
I absolutely love how when he speaks and explains things and events he uses hand gestures so we can visualize what he's saying 😊 I appreciate your work and really enjoy your videos my friend.
I remember this when it happened. Police officer 1 : "So what makes ya think this is paranormal?" Police officer 2 : "Well, the first clue was the child growling & walking backwards up the wall..."

No one has anything negative they can say about this guy or his channel, that's so awesome!
Who could say a negative word about Mr.Ballen? He’s just about the best storyteller on RUclips. Seriously, I think anyone who doesn’t enjoy this probably hates babies, ice cream and rainbows too. Smh
The man who bought this house asked Latoya to come to the house and talk about what she witnessed, but she refused, so the brother volunteered to go and now Latoya cut ties with him because she's afraid that he brought something back with him. I must confess, I was immediately terrified after hearing the opening half of your first sentence: “there was a house in Gary, Indiana”. Already a genuinely horrifying line even before demons got mentioned! *Shudder*
You ain't lying! I have family that lives there. I used to go there every time I came home to visit while in the military to visit my Grandmother, since I grew up in the area I wasn't really too worried about it. Now I won't go there unless work takes me there. I'm a Home Inspector.
This was an exciting episode Mr. Ballen. I've seen Zak Bagans' paranormal team in that house since he bought it. Your retelling of the police record added pieces of the story that were missing. Thanks so much!

I wish someone would go to my neighborhood in Puerto Rico for a documentary. The stories about paranormal/ET are off the charts. Then you realize we lived next to (at one point) the world’s largest radio telescope and suddenly it’s not so crazy.
@@Fox-86 My family has seen things crashing into the mountains between our home & the observatory & countless paranormal events that I’ve asked about , and everyone has the same story individually . My dad & uncles laugh about what they described as a “cotton ball over 10ft tall” rolling down the street - coming from the observatory. In hindsight they think it’s silly , but they were spooked and clearly it still bugs them. I personally (along with everyone in the area) saw the green laser that shot across the sky almost every night from like ‘93-‘95. I’ve tried to check online to find an explanation and there’s nothing available. I told my parents about the “kids” who used to come into my room in the middle of the night - come to realize years later, this wasn’t normal and probably not kids at all. Once, while on vacation , all the cousins went for a late night joyride, as we passed the cemetery I thought I saw a white unicorn cross the street. Of course I didn’t say a word cuz obviously unicorns don’t exist lol. A few minutes later I made a joke about us running over a horse and my cousin stopped the car and started screaming because she had seen the same exact thing I did but didn’t want to say anything since there’s no way she saw a white horse run across the street and immediately disappear when it got close to the cemetery. There’s enough stories for a book series or mini series. Absolutely nuts 😵💫
@@rsanti12956 lol there was a film called demon house by zak bagans look it up it should be on RUclips somewhere ive watched it on here before everyone else refused to do an interview in the house I believe but rosa lol
If people all got together, we would understand this is the real world we live in; we've been blinded. It is a relief to be able to openly discuss and admit these events, which my family has also encountered over time.
There are alot of open portals out there and more and more opening every day. GOD forbade us to ever try and talk to the dead because he says they no nothing as in they sleep. What people think are ghosts are not human nor were they ever. They are demonic fallen angels and they are powerful in their plain of existence but if we open doors and mess with them they can hurt or even kill. It's no joke and people gonna keep messing around and finding out.
The reason I find Ballen the best scary story teller on RUclips is because he doesn't have or use a deep "scary" voice. He just tells the story and that's what makes all his videos stand out
He's also incredibly skilled in delivering the story's mechanical/technical narrative and character elements in a very concise manner to the point where you don't even have to think about what he's saying. Like instead of considering what he's saying at every moment, its almost like you just see it, all the while being aware of what every character is feeling and where the story has been and is poised to go. He does this so well that it allows imagination to (foolishly) walk ahead of the story. I actually stop sometimes before he even delivers the key moment, cause of how much his style activates my imagination. @MrBallen you killin it.
My husband became concerned I'm too invested in your videos when I switched my normal Hulu shows at night to your channel to sleep. He doesn't understand how I sleep soundly while hearing terrifying true crime/paranormal stories😂

I'm from NWI. I work in Gary at the mill. I once talked to a Gary police officer who went to that house. And he said after left the house he became very depressed and sick. He ended up taking time off of work and checked himself into a mental hospital, and was there for a couple of months. He said he wasn't by any means possessed but he was so depressed after all he wanted to do was take his own life, and that's something he never in his life had to deal with.
Where is this house (or rather was) ? My parents lived near Gary in the ‘60-70’s, and from everything I’ve been told Gary was and is a shithole of a place (no offense to you)

Sounds like a sign of black magic things like hair (usually with knots tied into it), underwear, clothing (usually has many holes and knots tied in) are signs of black magic.
This could be fake. There are kids that can do phenomenon things with their body. And the boy walking backwards towards the ceiling holding on tight to the mother while the mother house inside trying to balance him and then the kid flips over reminds me of a circus act. Cause it’s what happens 2 out of 5 times when you meet ur tinder date for the first time and realize she spent 5 hours trying to take a picture that is so filtered and at such a crazy angle with just the right lighting that it tricks you into even talking to her in the first place and when you get your first chance to escape you take it and change ur phone number
Maybe they did? I mean, in this video there's evidence that doesn't get shown like the pictures and the recording and it just seems to be the events of the investigation being read, so it's possible that something like that would be left out. It was probably demon sweat from climbing up and down those stairs all day.

In the early 2000s I started a ghost hunting "group" with a friend of mine. Someone she knows, I can't remember now if it was her brother or a friend, was a police officer in her home town, down in Kentucky. He told her they had a cabinet full of unsolved investigations that were referred to as the X-Files, and they were actual police reports of crazy stuff that the police could never solve. She had only shared a couple with me, all names had been removed and I was never told what police department it was from, but the stories she shared with me were insane, like this one. I've been begging since then to get more and she keeps forgetting, so I stopped finally cause I feel like I was harassing her for them lol.
Lol his stories make me genuinely scared to go camping again. We went camping and this older guy kept coming up to our campsite asking for food, water, rope, etc. We gave him some because he looked hungry and we assumed he was living out at the campsite. He came back to our site maybe 6 times throughout our first night. Before we went floating for the day we out all of our food and supplies (other than tents) into our cars and locked our cars. When we got back that afternoon, we could tell someone had gotten into all of our tents, flaps were left unzipped, bedding was moved around, my ex and I cott(sp?) was clearly moved and someone tried to fold them up. He came back that night asking why we locked our food up, did we not trust him, etc. We told him no, but we didnt want to risk animals, or other people taking our stuff. His response was well I'm "other people", we said it didnt have to do with him, but we all knew that yes it was because if him and obviously we were justified. ALL night everyone could hear someone walking around our site and walking up to tents, I texted one of the other guys and said, lets both get out snd confront him. When we did he became irate and accused us of discriminating against him. We asked why he was wandering around our camp, he said its a public park and he can do whatever he wants, we don't own the campsite which is true but doesn't mean it's not intimidating or wierd. The girls with us got so creeped out they asked we go report him so we had them all get into my car w/ the keys and told them to lock the doors and drive away if he approaches. Sherrif/game warden/park ranger (can't remember what she was exactly) came took a report and went and found him and within 30-minuted about 5 sherrif vehicles pulled up to his sight about 1/4th of a mile away in the woods. Turns out he was living out there and was making that shake-n-bake meth in 2-liter bottles. If you don't know about shake-n-bake it's a cheap and dangerous way to make meth, it can explode if done incorrectly, they also found some supplies of ours we didn't realize was missing. People out in the woods kinda scare me.
I like all the stories he does. He checks to make sure of the facts before he puts it out there. He keeps us interested in the story from start to finish. I look forward to his videos! Keep up the good work.

From Wikipedia : en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ammons_haunting_case According to skeptical investigator Joe Nickell, police chief Charles Austin was "an admitted believer in the supernatural, including ghosts". Nickell reported that the photo published by the Indianapolis Star and captioned “Photo by Hammond Police” was, according to the Hammond police chief, not an official photo and was not taken by Hammond police authorities. Nickell also interviewed a number of witnesses and concluded that there were a number of non-supernatural explanations for the claimed supernatural events.[4] Charles Reed, the landlord, stated he had never experienced any supernatural events at the house. His prior tenants also claimed to never have such experiences. At the time, Ammons was behind on lease and used the claimed paranormal activities to avoid payments. The tenant who moved in after Ammons had not noticed any paranormal events, either. Reed believed the events were a hoax.[4] The children were interviewed by psychologists, and several professionals concluded "the children were acting deceptively and in accordance with their mother’s beliefs". Tracy Wright, a psychologist, noted that the youngest son "acted possessed" whenever he was challenged or was asked "questions that he did not wish to answer".

Also..it says it in the title...
I’m being facetious
Honestly that bit just came up and I just burst out laughing.
Thank god am alone,
Wait what was that.
Oh yeah I don't even have a basement. Phew 🙏😂👏
@@PaulAgro1 😂😂😂😂 for a second I forgot I didn’t have a basement!! hahaha too funny!!
Demons hide in only 4 places: in the closet/wardrobe, under the bed, in the attic or under the basement stairs. This is known.
Instructions unclear, accidentally took the like button out to an Italian restaurant, and now we've been married for 5 years, have 2 beautiful children, and are expecting another one in 2 months.
Update: It's a girl!
Congratulations
If it's a girl call it LYEKKA.
How does that work....
You really thought that was witty and funny?
Frank Matthews yes
The police to the dog
Police: "Alright, k-9 officer Lieutenant Kibbles, We're going to need you to sniff out the house to see if there's anything unusual going on."
Lieutenant Kibbles: "Hey there demons, it's me, YA BOI."
Shane the ghoulian.
Now I want a Ghoul Boys x Mr.Ballen crossover or collab video lol
That must be one badass dog. Walking calmly out of the house like "Yeah, I had a talk with em. They said they'll be good"
Lt. Kibbles : Just stay in the wavlengths of light they cant see and stay hidden while I bark at you and the humans get scared.
I just want to say that “K-9 Officer Lieutenant Kibbles” had me rolling.
hands down mrballen is the best story teller i dont like to listen to people but when your videos come on i pay so much attention lol
Zach bagans from ghost adventures bought this house and made a movie called “demon house”. It’s really good.
He did and after the movie he had the house then down also it no longer exists !
I watched the documentary.
I was just about to say that lol
Stopthewar Taylor. That is my thoughts, why is Zack a joke?
@Stopthewar Taylor his crew and himself supposedly suffered severe mental and physical damage due to this house..(supposedly). Either way if it was not safe then he did what was best. Not a huge Ghost adventure fan but he purchased said home only to rip it down.
The demon actually said,” Hey! Do you know how to get to Bells Canyon?” 😆
Just watched that video 😂
When I read Someone else's comment that he was calling about the extended car warrenty... The very first thing that went through my mind was... HE KNOWS HOW TO GET TO BELLS CANYON!!!! 🤣😂🤣😂

Any updates on that?
@@arcanum3882 On those stories? No, I've been waiting 20 years for more, it's not going to happen lol.

Allright am telling the FBI about this
They made a T. V. show about that my guy! The X files, ya?? They wiped your memory.
"You are not you!!" Here, have a snickers!🤣😂😅
Haha 😛

I like all the stories he does. He checks to make sure of the facts before he puts it out there. He keeps us interested in the story from start to finish. I look forward to his videos! Keep up the good work.
Yes, he was born to be a good spooky storyteller, wasn't he? I bet his kids get great, scary bedtime stories every night.
He didn’t fact check though. If you look at his source he left out several things that proved this wasn’t paranormal and lied about things.

From Wikipedia : en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ammons_haunting_case
According to skeptical investigator Joe Nickell, police chief Charles Austin was "an admitted believer in the supernatural, including ghosts". Nickell reported that the photo published by the Indianapolis Star and captioned “Photo by Hammond Police” was, according to the Hammond police chief, not an official photo and was not taken by Hammond police authorities. Nickell also interviewed a number of witnesses and concluded that there were a number of non-supernatural explanations for the claimed supernatural events.[4]
Charles Reed, the landlord, stated he had never experienced any supernatural events at the house. His prior tenants also claimed to never have such experiences. At the time, Ammons was behind on lease and used the claimed paranormal activities to avoid payments. The tenant who moved in after Ammons had not noticed any paranormal events, either. Reed believed the events were a hoax.[4]
The children were interviewed by psychologists, and several professionals concluded "the children were acting deceptively and in accordance with their mother’s beliefs". Tracy Wright, a psychologist, noted that the youngest son "acted possessed" whenever he was challenged or was asked "questions that he did not wish to answer".

I'm going to have to agree with Robert Stewart here great storytelling my man. Thank you.
This is the demon house that Ghost Adventures did an entire hour long special on! It's so nice getting the story from the factual point of view without the tv dramatics haha
Yes Zach Bagins is about the dramatics but it’s crazy he bought the house and stayed a night in it before he decided to level the house
@@smmchic05 I think he took the basement stairs and dirt underneath them and took them to his haunted attraction or something
