I'm so very sorry for the loss of the four precious lives who have now gone over The Rainbow Bridge. While it is terribly sad, the decision was made as to what was best for the cats. Thank God for FFCS, because they transitioned over to their new life knowing they were so loved and cared for. If not for FFCS they would have suffered alone. Thank you for all you do for these sweet lives. God bless.

Just watched the replay, .. Im sorry about the kitties who had to leave us. .... its sad because they each have their own unique little presence. Its amazing how that works. I simply relish watching your shows, and so really appreciate all the work you do.
Guys how dangerous is it to bring a stray cat in ? I’m pretty sure a neighbor left it she moved . It’s domesticated but a colony of feral cats lives in the woods next to our apartment. It has ticks I want to bring it in and care for it . Right now I have it in a box with blankets and food . The local humane society is booking 30 days out for shots and sliding scale fee clinic and that’s honesty going to have. To be my vet because I can’t afford a private one . How risky is it to bring her in ? Her behavior seems okay she is calm and loving and kept coming in my hearts breaking she is by my door . I’m just worried about disease is all I’m pretty sure the owners didn’t get her a vet . She is mine her name is blessing it’s just a matter to get her care my heart hurts so bad . I’m going to try to call and see if a vet will help or something or borrow money if I can . I really can’t stand people doing this to animals .
There are very few times to give feral cats a health examination. Cats, being both feral and hunted, hide their pain and sickness. There are few times to check them. Sorry there were four this time.

I am so sorry 😢 I have a 13 year old who needs a dental extraction but I am too scared of losing her after sedation. Is there a reason to worry? She had needed this for 6 years now but she had been too heavy to go under until this year. EDIT: I lost my dad many years ago. This may be unpopular to say but the sadness of losing a pet, a furry family, hit as hard. The emotional attachment and the wound it ripped when it is torn apart, is as painful.
I have always taken the deaths of my dogs and kitties harder than any humans. Even when my mom and dad died, it hurt more when I lost my furbabies. And, I was taking care of my mom and dad for years. Never feel guilty for loving innocent babies.
So sorry for your losses. Just know I am so happy they are with all of you , because you will take care of them no matter what. Thank You love and prayers 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 to all.

Cats suffer silently- in the wild many go off to die when they are sick because they feel vulnerable. As an adult (56!) I’ve yet to make the call on euthanasia, but working in rescue I’ve had criticism for TNRing a pregnant cat. Here in Korea, kittens born on the street live painfully short lives. As you say, you just keep doing. I can’t help nearly all the cats I’d like to!

All of the cats know this is not a normal day. So anxious. So in tune to our feelings.
