Hey neighbor (kind of, I'm in Fort Worth) and my name is Andre also. Just been getting into shooting realestate videos over the past 6 months. Great video
@@AndreiRestrepo Seems to be good, I’ve been doing free videos to get my feet wet and get my name out there but more importantly build a portfolio to show. Each listing that the realtor added a video sold ( contract) within 3 days.
That's awesome man! That's the way to get started and get your name out there quick. Doing everything right, that's how I started, except I did RE photo first and then added video.
I was the photographer for both of our deployments and fell in love with it. Then lulled because life back home. Decided to pursue it again for Real Estate. Your videos, Alex’s, and Ben’s videos have been super motivating. I decided to buy this earlier today and this video is the affirmation I needed. Thanks.
Matterport user here! You can use Matterport with your phone nowadays though I use it with my Theta Z1 and it also produces great content. That "glitchiness" you get in the air when walking through the property can be cleaned up in post. Matterport has a pretty intricate way to clean up lingering mesh but sometimes it can be necessary if something seriously got messed up. I had one where it would appear in a hallway and you could accidentally click on it and it'd take you to a nearby bathroom so I needed to remove it at all cost lol. Also, I've seen some people with Matterport cameras STILL produce subpar tours in my area so I don't think an Insta360 is a reason to price it so low. At least in the Nevada and Arizona market, the starting price is $150.
Hey Brian! Thanks for your input, appreciate it! Good to know that you think the IS360 produces tours up to par with the Matterport cameras. Thanks for watching!
Hi Brian, could you please tell me how I can fix this “glitchiness” on my walking through? because I have that every time when I move through the tour Thanks 😊
Thanks for the video! It’s good to know this new camera works as it currently shows as coming soon, as a supported camera on the Matterport site. I personally use a Ricoh Theta Z1 with excellent results, but it’s good to know this is also an option. Note that you don’t have to go home/back to an office to upload the scans as most can do so with cellular service from their phones 😊
Thanks for the tip! I guess it’s because when I used to use a matterport camera with an iPad, I didn’t have a data connection on it so got used to doing it at home. Thanks for watching!
Great video! I'm using the 360 1" Insta360 and the combo is great. I think lots of UV light created your purple glitch. I've had it before. The other day I had a weird no memory card notification half way through a 1100 SqFt virtual tour. Restarting everything corrected it.
Thanks so much! Ahh interesting. Also, now that you mention the memory card thing, it happened to me too! Before I i was about to restart everything, it cleared itself. Thanks for watching!

One side of the scan is black, but when you upload it to be processed, that first scan came back complete white out and totally unusable. I’ve only used the one RS so unfortunately can’t say!
How much does it cost to upload and receive the link of the finished product? 😊
You get one free trial to upload and see a preview of the that scanned property, but can't share it. Then their plans start at $9.99 for about 5 properties I believe and goes up from there. Thanks for watching!
What’s the battery life like for that camera?
It’s not bad, fully charged I think it was a little bit less than half after I was done if I remember correctly. Would definitely need additional batteries or charge throughout the day for multiple shoots. Thanks for watching!
how to upload this on wedsite and google maps?
You have the link that re-routes whoever clicks on it and it's hosted on the matter port website. Thanks for watching!
@@AndreiRestrepo so we have to embedded on the client's website right?
And what about the Google maps. Please help 🙏🏽
Correct, and can’t say on GM’s since I haven’t done that myself unfortunately!
How much do you usually charge for a service like this?
Starts at $150-$200 for me and goes up based on the size of the home. Thanks for watching!
Link/Name of your tripod?
It's just their "All Purpose Tripod" that's a selfie stick with a trip[od leg base. Check it here and click "virtual tour kit" store.insta360.com/product/one_rs_1_inch_360?insrc=INR3FIW
150$ ??? how much is tax in US ? ... in europe it's 40% !
How much does Matterport cost in your area? It’s definitely not that high but my competitors start their pricing around $200-$225 for matterport I believe. Thanks for watching!
wait... so if I have 100 customers who rent they apartment I have to pay for all those "Active Spaces" $200 - monthly? Seriously??? That`s the worst price on the market!
No, don’t think that’s correct. More like, you scanned 100 different apartments and host the spaces online. I think in your scenario, it would just be 1 active space
This is the worst tripod in the whole world for this camera super unstable and dangerous for your camera many broken cameras there are with this tripod
Thanks for the heads up! Haven’t had any trouble with it, but thanks for letting me know and for watching!
