haha great question! I think they're still pretty common but I've seen more people doing floorpans as parts of regular packages - probably because it shows the layout without showing "everything" that realtors don't necessarily want to show to everyone. I feel like 360 tours are probably best for rental venues, commercial spaces etc. because they are going to be useful long term and their clients NEED measurements and all of that to plan for. Going over there for a pizza night tonight - should be fun!
Hey on the do not skip bit you say when you do it manually... do you mean go and take all the photos of the X3 first, then load up Matterport and import them all? Rather than doing it via the app?
Hey! I don’t think that’s possible. Might have been talking about hosting 360 tours on other platforms not Matterport to get the higher photo quality. Is that what part you meant?
It’s a Sony wireless lav kit. Id recommend the DJI Mic 2 though, way more affordable and super easy! I’ve been using the two mic kit lately for a lot of productions and it’s been great.
Hi realtor from the UK. Have you seen Giraffe 360? Floorplan, virtual tour and HDR photos at the push of a button. Simple and quick to use and gives good results for the non photographers on my team.
