I LOVE the peachy-pink flowy pants! I'm so glad I didn't get the navy pants with the shirt, because I like these so much better. I really appreciate your very detailed review of everything and I love all of the pictures at the end, especially the mix and match with other items in the last picture. My husband gave me permission to buy the September LE doll as an investment (she'll join the FAO toy soldier doll in our basement, also purchased as an investment), so now I have a bunch of points to use next month and I will definitely be getting the pants from this collection and maybe the Janie and Jack plaid skirt if it's still in the Last Chance sale. I'm also curious to see Lila Monetti's collection, as I might want something from that. We shall see in 6 days. :) Thanks for sharing!!
The flowy pants are amazing! Much better than the navy ones. So exciting you will be getting the LE doll. She’s been tempting me but FOMO is the biggest part of that. I’ve just got to push past it.
@@EvelynRoseAG I have to not be excited about the LE doll since I'm getting her to re-sell her and she will stay in her box. But she is very tempting. I also already have an MG face mold and I have a doll with grey eyes, so she really just has to stay an investment doll. I've always wanted to name a doll Galadriel and that would be perfect for her, but I must push past that too. :) She should arrive tomorrow and I hope she looks good. The toy soldier doll I purchased looks really good, so I was happy I didn't have to exchange her. She's in her box and covered with a sheet. My husband helped me take her out of her box, I took pictures and he helped me get her back into the box with the tissue paper and everything. I want to be sure that whoever buys her eventually has a similar opening experience with the tissue paper and all. :)
@@EvelynRoseAG She arrived and she's beautiful. :) :) :) I took lots of pictures, packaged her back up with her tissue paper, put her back in her box and she is now safely in the basement with her "sister" toy soldier doll, patiently awaiting their new homes. I confirmed, as best as I can tell, that she does have the exact same eye color as Evette. She's very pretty, but she's not the end all, be all. :) Evelyn, we will be fine without her. :)

I also didn’t get the puffer coat but I did get 2 sweaters and 2 pairs of the little boots. I diligently looked through the store’s selection of the sequin tanks to find one where the paillettes lay how I wanted. I love the soft pink tones of this collection. I also got the red sweater dress and I will eventually get the boy holiday outfit as well. Great choice of dolls to model the outfits!

Awesome! I'm sure you will enjoy the items. You can still get Adeline (Addy) but mine is pre-Beforever so she's a bit different than the newest version of Addy. The other two are retired GOTY dolls Lea Clark and Gabriela McBride. I purchased Gabriela secondhand and got Lea new when she came out.

this collection is one of my favourites we’ve had in a while! i love all the pink and sparkles totally reminds me of something i would have worn around christmas time as a kid. kind of a weird question but can you feel the tinsel in the sparkly sweater? like does it feel like the pink dress in this collection? i love the sweater but since im autistic texture a is big thing for me and that sort of gritty sparkle texture is usually a no for me so i’ve been worried about getting it.
That is not a weird question at all! I have texture aversions myself but my issue is with smoother textures so luckily these don’t bother me as much as the red jumpsuit for instance. The sparkly sweater feels nothing like the pink dress. It feels mostly just like a regular sweater, maybe a smidge rougher if I’m being picky but not much. They are very different. The tinsel is woven in with the other threads so it’s not noticeable in my opinion.
Nice review! I love this collection too, I think it will be a great Christmas present for myself 😂 I'm glad we all agree that the puffer coat is a bit of an odd choice within the collection. The pictures I've seen of store displays also make it look like it's swallowing the poor model dolls 😂😂
