@@gpettus9508Perhaps the rationale is that the shades of navy will be too similar but not an exact match? I have heard it said somewhere. I am certainly no expert. 😊
@@hannamakela6989They shouldn't match exactly, it cheapens the look. The combination in the video is therefore quite tasteful, with the tie being a touch darker than the suit. It's true that a red tie, or a tan tie, would provide for a more memorable appearance. But that's entirely up to the signals that one wants to send.
Because you always pair a white shirt navy suit with a red or royal purple or a soft pink. Makes your tie pop more and makes the suit and shirt look better than a blue tie would
Your tie knot looks like a ten year old tied it. I’m not really into the little tiny suit or sports coat as you look like you’re not serious in your work. Clearly I’m not a fan of the new styles, but they just look too small, too tight, and too short. I just don’t understand the craze. Your ability to communicate is excellent!
Every man should have at least one navy blue suit in his wardrobe.
Great suits but put some dimples on those ties man!
Yeah, and the tie knots look way oversized, and not tier very snug
Give the guy a break. Interviewers are not influenced by necktie dimples but they are by suit colors.
😅
Nice, informative video!
I prefer grey to blue in general.
You might want to work a bit on your tie knot. Cheers!
Yes, I prefer grey. Blue is too common IMHO

What about black suits ? Even with a slight pinstripe ?
Personally I find the blue napkin in the second suit clashing with the gray suit. Especially when the suit's mostly warm colours.
Helpful, but may you improve sound quality
I'm confused... What's the difference between a power and confidence color?
This is an excellent video thank you
The first blue suit had peak lapel on the left side and notch lapel on the rignt side...is this a new trend?
No they were both peak. Look at when he moves it away - you can see the right (our right) lapel is bent at the peak and it appears notched.
Perhaps do not wear a navy blue tie with a navy blue suit?
Interesting take, how come?

Great! 🇵🇭
Volume is too low
