I'm from India and I feel like maybe I cannot do it...maybe it's not for me...sometime is feel these people are really advanced...maybe I'll not get any clients as I'm not good enough...

I will have to hire team members and contractors to help with my service delivery depending on the work load right? is it possible for one person to run an agency for a while?
Hey! Happy new year to you too bro! It depends on how many clients you have and how much time you have to complete all the work yourself! Most people use contractors and hire team members to have more free time themselves or because there's too much work for one person! Let me know how you get on and good luck!

You said its $20 standard fee for just the social media management and creation of the content, writing the captions and posting in other words It's the post, caption, making the post and maybe hashtags this should be what my standard package includes thats $20 per post right? You also said If a client then wants growth, community management, responding to comments and responding to DM’s I should price additional to that flat fee $20. I can charge $200 a month for growth and additional $200 a month for reputation management or community management thats a total of $420 if thats the case. You also said I can upsell my services, I can charge a standard $500 bucks daily post and social media management. When do I upsell a client onto growth and community management? Please give me clarity on when and how do I upsell my services. I will definately let you know how I get on. Please is there a way I can communicate with you directly often than on here? I need to create a a business email url before reaching out to clients. @@bradleyjriley How are you bro and how are you feeling? Regarding pricing I figured out I should price my services based off of value I can provide to the business. Value based pricing essentially means I price more or less for my service depending on the value I can provide to the business.
how do i set up payment ? ( do they pay before or after a post ? venmo or direct deposit ? )
There are several ways they can pay (bank transfer, paypal etc) but try and always get your payment upfront! Hope this helps!
