Hello, I’m looking at this board as well as the rossignol district. How does the quality compare between the two and what are the main differences? Which one would you pick for an all rounder board.
Both are great boards to be honest. I like the bend of the Evol a little more. Catch free and floatier ride but still aggressive where you need it. Can’t go wrong either way!
Is this board similar to the Lib-Tech Skate Banana? Im looking for a super loose, playful, surfy feel board. I live in FL and only board a couple times a year. Mainly Carving down the mountain, no park. What size should I get? 45yr Old - 5'8" - 175lbs. - Intermediate Rider
Do you think this board would be better than the evol logo for a beginner. I’m looking for my first board and trying to decide between the two of them.
Either or to be honest. The Logo has a flat bend that is super stable but the Mountain has the hybrid combo that is catch free but still pushes you in and out of your turns. Can't go wrong either way.
Hey, I'm trying to decide between this board, the Rossignol district black, and the Nitro Prime Distort. I have been riding for 6 years now and I'm thinking of one of these being my first new board. I'm 18, 260 pounds, and 6'4 with a size 14 boot. I spend most of my time on the open mountain and groomed. What do you think would be my best buy?
If you’ve been riding for a while I honestly wouldn’t suggest any of these boards. Most of them are more towards the beginner side. Check out this Chamonix Geant in the 163, little bit more performance and won’t break the bank. www.the-house.com/9859chgeaw21zz-chamonix-snowboards
Hey man, I just saw this board on the site since I'm thinking about buying my first board and found this vid. Went snowboarding for the first time maybe a year or two ago and enjoyed it and I expect to go a lot this year. Buying makes more sense then renting all the time for me(financially). So, looking into gear. What board would you rec? I'm a 5'7 male and about 190 pounds. I get different sizes from using online calculators but what size do you think would be good for me?
Yes, you actually do want your toes/heels hanging off the board a bit. Most importantly you need to make sure your foot is centered. Check out this video for a great explanation of that. -> ruclips.net/video/ccjC4oRbMRo/видео.html
What size of board would you recommend if I'm 5'4" and weight 215 lbs? How do you know if you need a wide or regular board? Seen this board on your site 🤘🏾
Wide boards are only needed if your foot is a size 12+. Check out these 2 videos about board sizing and board widths for some great visual explanations! BOARD SIZING -> ruclips.net/video/8hdNLj-Agp0/видео.html BOARD WIDTHS -> ruclips.net/video/Pkaolp6A9b4/видео.html
@@thehouse I checked out the wide board video after I commented and realized this. I am struggling with sizing the board since I am overweight compared to my height. I have seen some charts say high 150s and my height if normal would be 146. Should I shoot for 148-150 for my height and weight?
I’m debating getting the evol mountain lines vs the betaleon evil twin. I like the 3bt for less catch but really like the price point on the evol. I’m an intermediate rider looking for a flexible board I can have fun on. No park but I do want to feel comfortable doing small jumps. How do the two compare?
Just ordered a 160 cm model. Should be arriving tomorrow with a foot of snow forecast the day after. Woo-hoo !!!
Enjoy the ride!!!

Which would you recommend for a 230lbs and 6ft size 13 boot this evol or the chamonix lognan board?
I would do the 163W in the Lognan -> www.the-house.com/chlwm158396zz-chamonix-snowboards
I'm 6'2" 220 size 12 and I'm also wondering this. I like the idea of more pop. I'm torn between those two boards also 😫 need input
I do a little bit of park and playful butters, jumps but also love a good bomb down the hill.

Very similar bend to the Sk8 Banana with that exact kind of loose catch free feel. The 154 would be a good size for you
do you think a 154 would be okay for me? im 6’1 170
I would bump it up closer to the 160 range

would you recommend a 153w for someone thats 5'9 150
For your size I'd stick to boards in the 155-157 range. Also no need for a Wide board unless your foot is a size 12+

153-155 range would be good
@@thehouse Awesome, thanks. Have a good year!
I have a question I got a wide board of this and I wear a size 13 boot but the boot sticks out a little bit about an inch or so is that normal?

@@thehouse thanks!! Will do.
Whatsup man, buying my first board , I’m 5’5, about 150, what size for this Evol (or even the Logo), do you recommend.?
148cm would be perfect!

Id go for the 160, great all-mountain ride!

The Evol Mountain Lines has a rocker to camber profile so it will sill have that nice easy catch free feel similar to the 3BT.
