I rode the disaster+ on a Preview day and absolutely Loved it. Fun jib Board and the + Version has enough stability for bigger Features. Greetings from Germany.
I think so. You have to lean in a tiny bit more but it's way more precise on Butters and jibs wich i think makes it easier. Because of the better Pop it's better for jumping Out of rails and butters. I rode the normal Version and switched this Winter. If your riding Style is mainly butters anf jibs stay with the normal Version but If you want to step Up your Park riding and have a more versitile Board then the plus is the perfect board in my opinion.
@@davidturfrijer701 Unfortunately No but in three weeks there is a bataleon Preview day at my local Resort. If i get a Chance to Check it Out, i'll let you know.
the wallie and disaster plus seem very similar what are some differences and why would I pick one over the other? appreciate, will support by using your link
i'm looking for a fun all around board where i can learn flat ground tricks, but also be able to carve just fine in the northeast. is the disaster plus a good choice?
I bought the Bataleon Disaster + because of this vid 😊 what was your stance width when you rode it? The reference feels a little narrow for me and one hole further on both bindings kinda wide but very stable. I had a K2 Bottle Rocket for a while and my stance is in the middle from what is possible with the Disaster +. Just curious what your stance was on this one. Thanks 🙏🏻 I ride Burton Mssions binding.
How different is this from the et+? I have an et+ but also want something softer for some days. Looking for something light weight and playful. Worth getting this as well or would you say not much different? Thinking between this, the regular disaster, and wallie and of course any other recs you have
which one of these boards would be best for riding all mountsin as well? I have been looking for a board that I can ride all mountain but has a little softer flex.
Loved the video! Just took a look at all these boards and its unfortunate I won't get the chance to ride them. I was wondering if you had any recommendations for bigger riders? For reference I'm 6'3 220. I just started getting into the park and was looking for a softer board. Thanks!
For a very good surfer and skater, whos been just initiating his snowboard adventure and learning curve, and wants to learn to butter spin around catch-free like Scott Stevens (lol), and had to pick between the Ultrafear Reverse and the Bataleon Disaster Plus, which one would you pick? I just got the Ultrafear Reverse but it is kinda waaay stiffer than what I thought it would be. =/
i picked up the pathfinder in a 153 for my flatground board this season. started in 93 stopped in mid 2000s just got back in a couple season ago. been really just freeriding. want to give it one last hoorah before age gets the best of me since ill be 40 next season lol. daily driving the stale crewzer, hopping on the 22/23 agent some this year and sometimes ripping it with my gnu banked country. possibly grabbing the freecarver since that seems up my alley too. thanks for the list. season starts here on the east the 22nd at snowshoe.
How u like the pathfinder? I’m riding a horrscope which is the old name and version of the pathfinder. Also the older versions use urban fk profile while the pathfinders and last model of the horrscope in 2020 use park v2 profile. I rode a 2020 model of the horoscope which is the same as the pathfinder cuz they use the same profile I didn like the 2020 version which is the same as pathfinder jus different name so I found an older version that uses there urban fk profile which is softer than newer horrscope and pathfinders I only rode the 2020 version for one day and decided I didn like it but if I put the time into it I wonder if I would like it again. I like to butter and press and flat ground the softer version helps with butters a lot easier. Only difference is there both flat rocker jus the newer ones have a longer flat area from insert to inserts outside while mine are insert to insert inside
Guys I need help!! I just purchased a Rome gang plank and I got it at 156 but I’m a size 10.5 and my height is 5’10 and I weigh about 175.. is my foot size good for the board ?

Is it still easy to butter and jib?

@@ktron1x483 Great, thanks for the advice. I was also checking out the Wallie 2024, any experience with that one?

What size would you recommend for 183cm/80kg/42 shoesize - want to get this board purely for buttering and flat tricks

Wallie is slightly stiffer giving more responce compared to the more playful disaster
@@madsbladeewe know it’s softer but what’s besides that???

Great review TJ!! What board will you be using in your 2024 quiver?
so out of all of these which one would be best if ur just starting to do all these tricks?
Which of these boards would be most comparable to the slash happy place? If you’ve tried it

disaster plus
that Gangplank is super fun. another similar budget option I think is the GNU Money
I have a Tweaker. A really fun board, and surprising. I miss a bit of more pop, but it's a really good board.
So beast

which board was the softest out of these recs? thx!
Is the Jones tweaker you are showcasing and the one in the link different ones??
hey TJ did you have a chance to ride new indoor survival, do you think good option for flat ground tricks and park?
Where can I buy the capita ultrafear orange? Its sold out everywhere please😢
older model i think 2023 model
ebay

Crazy that I was browsing online for this exact style of board today. 🤯
pls pls pls do a review of the Bataleon x Beyond Medals 2024 🙏
I took a couple laps on it at a demo a few months ago and it was one of my favorite boards I rode that day
I just got the bataleon wallie for my first butter board. I hope I chose good.
thats going to be a fun one!
Yo Tj you should do a review on the Ride Berzerker. Seems like a dope board.
Guys I need help!! I just purchased a Rome gang plank and I got it at 156 but I’m a size 10.5 and my height is 5’10 and I weigh about 175.. is my foot size good for the board ?
Might need to go wide so your toes don’t catch
Was hoping to see the burton namedropper on the list.
Its a really fun board, love it! not amazing pop but a lot of fun
Disaster+..the best😍
Wide or narrow board better for butter?
What about Bataleon Whatever and Capita Spring Break resort twin?
step up from Bataleon for me was Nidecker Sensor Plus.. its got 3bt but wider flat base for easier butters.. man that board wrips
What nidecker makes 3bt boards didn even know that
@@BackwoodChong Nidecker owns Bataleon
Disaster or wallie which is softer ?
What about the Name Dropper from Burton? Its a super flexy board!
Sweet butters 🤙
Im just here for some “i can’t believe it’s not butter” jokes
Yummmm
Butter? Butter. Butter? Butter. Butter? ParkaaaaaaaaAY!
i ride an evil twin plus and nothing tops bataleon. Once you go 3bt you dont go back
why is the wrong, the 2024 jones tweaker in the thumbnail? What does that mean?
Shud i get the disaster plus 154 or 157 ? ( im 175cm )
I like to improbe butter tricks, rails and sidehits
WHich binding stance would you do on the jones tweaker 2024?
Been riding Lobsters for years and feel they always get left out of these jib/park board lists even with their soft flex🫤
would love to own a gangplank one day
Nitro santoku is super easy to butter too
very very easy. it’s a fun noodle
Where is the toast
any chance of a review of women 's equivalents?
You really don't like Burton huh 😂😂
What burton board should be on this list?
True
I just hate the capita graphics
Bro. Lmao
