Jacob Shamoo you can eat as much as you want/need but I made those for myself to eat 1-2 a day at the most for lunch or dinner. I eat eggs and oatmeal for breakfast some other high protein foods, fruits and veggies.. I have another video discussing the foods I eat if you wanna check that out

Whatsup Ed. Try cooking your veggies with a few spoons of butter. Helps the body absorb all those delicious nutrients much better. Def gonna add some calories but it's good shit! Loved the vid. Keep em coming!
+GrowYourMeat Yeah many nutrients in vegetables (and fruit, and other foods) are fat-soluble, which means that without enough fat consumed along with them your body is severely limited in how much it can absorb. Many studies attesting to this online just google 'veggies and butter'. :) Fat from other sources like avocados also work so olive oil might as well. Sceptical about that spray thing though. :p But I mostly use butter when i fry my veggies up. Also makes them more tasty :)

+SuperChris85 hey dude, yeah even if you don't care about building muscle this will work great for fat loss. A meal like this will make you full. You can even make larger portions the calories are very low. Try to have a routine as well for breakfast and dinner. Usually my breakfast is pretty much the same every day and I'll have some snacks throughout the day like a banana or an apple, some nuts and yogurt. Whatever you want really, just keep track of your calories. You can do it!

In time when I eventually have lost the weight and have gained some definition via muscle then how easy will it be to maintain the weight loss and the muscle mass AND still occasionally eat stuff that I want to eat (AKA fatty foods), I don't want to completely cut unhealthy food from my life because.. How is that living if I can't enjoy a meal or some chocolate every now and then?, but like I said I really want to maintain the muscle that I have been growing and will continue to, is it easy to maintain but then still enjoy my eating every now and then?.

+Bass Craft absolutely, any kind. just keep an eye out for stuff that has calories especially if you're going to be using a lot, make sure you keep track of that if you're trying to lose weight.
