I had a profound spiritual experience when I was 20. Looking back I wish I had not shared it so much because most people thought I was mad. It was like casting pearls before swine.
I’d imagine it’d be difficult telling people about spiritual teachings. You have to be careful not to create an identity out of it to inflate your ego or make sure your not trying to elevate your ego above others. I personally don’t bother telling anyone anything. I’m just grateful and feel lucky I’m conscious. However I’d be happy to point people in a direction that’s hopefully helpful to them.

One has come to the realization that, we are....plane and simple...without ego.
