Sometimes i think that i have got free from suffering nd started living normal life ..but again at times i get stuck in thoughts of past nd suffer ...i don't know when this cycle is going to end..i feel so helpless... because of me my husband is suffering..i m totally lost.i want to give him so much love nd happiness but i myself devoid of it
Thoughts are energy , the more you think about a worry the stronger the thought gets. Thought + emotion attached goes out to the universe to co create exactly what was thought, felt & believed knowing. Thank you

I’m in a decent place now and have suffered a lot, as have many. Sometimes I wondered about the futility and pointlessness of life and existence, similar to Albert Camus. But now i understand that my purpose is to support the children that I brought into this world and have some sort of social circle. My other purpose is to break out the popcorn and watch the freakshow. This sick society is disintegrating in front of us. This cycle has to happen. Years ago i went for therapy for a problem with anxiety , with a gestalt therapist but they used techniques that included telling you that if you didn't like someone else, or their behaviour , it was something that you don't like about yourself , and i began to believe the most horrendous thoughts and have images of myself being totally evil . Also if you dreamt of murdering somebody you were told to act it out , become it . I left that therapy but those ideas have become fixed in my mind for over 8 years, i struggle every day with these thoughts , it is definitely a mental virus But sometimes i get total silence no thoughts .
It sounds like OCD intrusive thoughts that I've been struggling with for years, but I'm able to deal with these intrusive thoughts because I know I am not my thoughts or my feelings, I am the awareness that is aware of these thoughts and feelings
@@adamarmstrong9408 Yes. You don't HAVE to engage with the thoughts - even though you may have been doing that for years unconsciously. I am also learning to let the thoughts pass away in the far distance. No thought is where the peace is.

Shifting the awareness to a mantra opens the source connection. After that whatever may happen on the thought , emotion level appears outside of us and thus not neccessary to control. Truer than truth Tolle's teachings better to say beyond Truth. 💖 When I practice meditation (which I practice in every possible and imaginable situation to re-enter in the present moment) I close my eyes and ask myself what this sense of existence is and it disturbs me that I cannot give myself an answer, now I know why .... So gratefulI 🙏💓 Eckart Tolle is our medicine for our viruses, which are probably far more dangerous than organic ones.🙏❤️

What about constant fear you are not giving enough, doing enough, in work-i am constantly constricted by this. Constant feeling of not enough. How do I shed this? It comes back with avengence and fills me
With doubt- especially when i am doing something new and unfamiliar. How to i step into a freedom of trying and failing with a sense of lightness- not a tight grip on ‘this has to work’ otherwise i am not enough and dont know enough. 😕
