He was great though, he made the songs chunkier and he made some cool bass lines, which sadly aren't that loud (like the bass line in the solo of CFH is fucking groovy, it's almost a disco beat too
He's not underrated it's just the fact of having the best guitar player and best front man in metal next to him .. we can say the same about Vinnie Paul , people usually only speak about guitar players and vocals but every pantera member is in the top 3 musicians in metal history

It was only Phil who took on opioides, and develepoed into Down and Superjoint Ritual, and other Death Metal sideckicks. Now with the horrific death of both Abbots, Phil continued to play their songs live full show.

I think it's around June or July 4th or 5th 1994. It's my 1st time to see PanterA Live & from that day never i stop listening to them ever atleast once a day. Donnington Park never let us down. LEGENDS RESPECT.
