The no site fees is a con. They let your caravan out to the public, using some of the money from renting it out to pay the site fees. So yeah you do not pay site fees till then, but you also lose the use of the caravan when it is being rented out and potentially trashed.... Do not know why they cannot just be honest and advertise the site fees and say you can rent it out to cover them.
