I have a serious question for the devs whose idea was it to make sp damage doesn't come from its dots given that sp is a dot class? how many PhD's somebody needs in order to realize that?
True but tbf our dots have never been our main form of damage. They just did good damage. Which I agree we need them to do again, But it has never been our main form of damage to secure kills I should say

@@giuskywalkerxyz Yea dots r very low but we also have a billion other spells so they cant make them like affy lock. but they NEED to tick harder 100% they do almost no tick damage just alot of on hit
Do you think Mind Spike/Trauma could be good in certain cases?
@@itzcompadre401 I wish but in almost all cases mindflay just does more damage and is front loaded so even if u get kicked most of ur damage would have gotten off. I will say maybe if ur getting double shaman lobbies and can't cast at all then spike could be good. But I don't see many lobbies where u would take it
Melee will complain "SOB SOB I have lost SP my free kill".
Blizzard will nerf SP again, SP will be trashtiers again. Melee will be happy.
Will Spriest be viable in 2s ? If so with which class ?
@@krash2094 I'm hopping double DPS 2s is a thing but on beta u can't que rated 2s. So I'd say if u do play with an evoker healer or a druid healer. If doing double DPS, play Ret, feral, rogue or lock

I hate the state spriest is right now. A complete deviation from what it used to be. In current iteration, our dots are the weakest they are. We rely too much on instant initial dmg of DP and Unfurling Darkness. MB and VB hit like noodles unless talented. SA sucks unless talented. All of our capstones suck on their own.
Mind blast hits like a wet noodle even talented.... I don't press it anymore, no cap.
