This is the best athlete I have ever had at Super Training. Brian is a genetic freak with a chip on his shoulder to prove he's best strongman that ever lived. Brian is the ultimate mix of hard work and genetics!

I've seen a lot of big Russian lifters use the same technique. It looks like the start of a snatch or clean.Usually though you would assume that longer limbed lifters would get more power keeping the hips a bit higher, like how Andy Bolton pulls.
