Depending on the parts replaced, it varies. Bajaj is comparatively cheaper to maintain, but Honda is not very costly to maintain either.

Bajaj basic service cost is 1200-1400 (including labour charges )

at 120 which feel smoother

As I said, n250 is smoother throughout the rev range. But it's not as brutal as cb, also it's less stable at high speeds. It's evident from the wobbles at the handlebars.

I get 32-35kmpl in my cb300. At the time of testing n250 was showing 32kmpl. So I believe mileage is better in n250. But not by a huge margin.
