This is absolutely fabulous and so well laid out. I have been struggling with learning astrology this year and you break it down so neatly, it is actually starting to sink in! Thank you.
Thanks Brian! I usually find some of your videos a little too advanced for me but I loved this one. Astrology has always intimidated me and this video really helped
I do astrology readings and charts as a hobby and just recently became more serious about the tarot. This video (and the subsequent one) is awesome and very useful! Thank you 😊
There are 27 nakshatras in vedic astrology. It becomes so easy to correlate with tarot with nakshtras coupled with classical aspects (trine, sextile, square, opposition and quincunx to be included)
You know that this is the first and only time that I have heard this explained so well. Thank you for the easy to grasp explanation.. And for the person in the southern hemisphere, I am not trying to be funny, but isn't their night sky different from the north? Don't you see some different views and stars? Ones we can't see and vice-versa
So glad you are discussing this topic! One of my greatest passions as you probably already know since I discuss it so much on my channel :-) keep up the great work Brian XOXO
Found this channel today and I am going to sub! Love this vid....I am interested in quick/logical ways to uncover the secrets of the tarot and I think this might be the place. Thank you...
Oh, most definitely! You don't need to know anything at all about astrology (or kabbalah, or numerology, or mythology, or Jungian psychology) to be able to read tarot. All those things are systems that work very well with card-reading, if you're interested in them - but no, not essential. In fact, many people find their way into learning about those things via tarot.
The seasons of the year as you describe them do not resonate with me at all, being in the southern hemisphere. I'm also Gemini but here it is the end of autumn. Still the end of the season though.
Yes, the energetic correspondences definitely feel Northern hemisphere-centric, don't they? I see the connection to the Wheel of the Year. Pagans in the Southern hemisphere can at last choose to advance the dates of the festivals of the Wheel (or not) although the astrological signs are fixed by date.
Loved this! Great video!

Well explained, I've always had trouble understanding cardinal/fixed/mutable 👏🏼
Thank-you so much! 💜 There is so much to learn about astrology and I learned something new that I didn't know before 😍

What deck are you using?
great reading! why u also don’t add the 13th zodiac sign (ophiuchus) in your readings? it would be super helpful man.

Are the tarot cards based on sun sign? Or moon sign?
