Also if the conditions are more natural, or catastrophic like in Cańcun, see who adopted herself to that. I don’t see tables turning on the normal clay. Now in Madrid it’s Saba vs Ryba earlier, let’s see which one comes through from that battle. Consistency is the name of the game, and from these three you can see who tops that one. So far. I mean congrats to Ryba for SF win, no excuses.
@@jukkao.parviainen8669 Rybakina was the defending champion of Indian Wells and couldn’t play after she dropped out of Dubai before the quarterfinal with illness. Rybakina probably would have won Indian Wells again if that didn’t happen and she definitely would have won Dubai. Slow hard courts like Indian Wells and Canada are ideal for Rybakina because she has more time but fast courts are also great for her serve(Brisbane showed that), while Miami just happens to be a fast hard court that starts after Rybakina is worn down but still in good enough form to make it deep so she doesn’t win the final. The US Open hard court swing should be very interesting if Rybakina doesn’t get sick or injured in Canada or Cincinnati because it is very similar to Miami and Indian Wells. Rybakina can win any tournament if she is fully healthy and at least playing somewhat decently because she can get broken to fall behind in a set and still usually get that break back while always having at least 2 or 3 untouchable service games that keep her in a close set. In terms of Rybakina playing Sabalenka, I will take Rybakina every time(she is beating Sabalenka in terms of sets won now in their head to head 11 to 10 despite Sabalenka having a 5-3 lead in matches because Rybakina always takes a set against Sabalenka). Even the Sabalenka that beat Rybakina handily after losing the 1st set in Australia would lose to this Rybakina because that Rybakina had never even won the 1st set against Sabalenka and now she has nearly double bageled her and Rybakina is consistently playing well in most matches now so the errors won’t save Sabalenka anymore.

@@STRAWYB Rybakina did have serve issues as well, especially in what she's capable of indeed. However, Iga's serve today was below wta average today. Not only she had 7 double faults , she basically had to battle with her serve to keep decent stats. She offered 20 break points against 13, yet only placed 57 % of her first serves to win her usual 65% first serve. Rybakina was at least capable to cover up with aces to win 70 % of her first serves.
Igas kick serve is not so efficient when playing Rybakina. That's one of the main factors here. She could potentially mix it up with a slice serve more. That kicker goes straight into Elena's striking zone.
Swaitek served humble pie. Rybakina is one of the most well rounded players on the WTA tour and she is very likeable. Like I said, if not for getting distracted with the little bleeding from her leg in doha 24 and them calling a medical time out, she was already winning Swaitek in that match by a mile in the first set.
The 2nd set was pretty even with one bad service game from Rybakina at the worst time. Iga was lucky to keep it as close as she did in the 1st and 3rd sets.
Great match and love this win for Elena, beating Iga on her favourite most favoured surface is huge mentally, RG this year is gonna be very interesting 🎉😮
Swiatek, Rybakina, Sabalenka, and Gauff have separation on tour right now from the other players. Women’s tennis has a great future. All 4 women are professional and wonderful ambassadors
These kryptonite comments are starting to get boring. EVERY player has a player (or more) that they don't like to play with. Even Rybakina and Sabalenka. For Sabalenka it's Donna Vekic, for Rybakina it can be Sabalenka (5-3 for Sabalenka) or Pegula (3-1 for Pegula) or Ekaterina Alexandrova (3-1 for Alexandrova) or Samsonova (4-1 for Samsonova) and so ooon. Stop this nonsense.
Rybakina showing she has more skills than Swiatek-drop shots, volleys, definitely more feel for the ball combined with deadly power. Obviously movement is a problem for her. But attack is the best defense. On form I feel she is the best player out there. But you don't really know which Elena is going to show up on any given day. Swiatek needs to add more to her game. Serve definitely has improved.
What a stupid comment. Besides it was quite close and average game with many unforced errors from both sides. What is truth is that Elena is difficult opponent for Iga and now lost on her favourite surface also (5-2 for Rybakina in H2H if we count one additional meeting).
У Рыбакиной свой и более качественный N° 1. Она честно одержала Победу, свою победу, показала силовой, техничный теннис , выдержку и силу воли. Всё то, чем не обладает Швёнтек. Молодец Елена! Так держать!

@@orchidpanda2253 Iga was lucky to win Doha(her most dominant tournament and Rybakina still had her on the ropes in that 1st set), that win doesn’t really mean that much. This win was much more significant because both of them were fresh and it is on clay where Rybakina is slightly more shaky.
The Rybakina-Swiatek rivalry is world-class. Everytime these 2 go up against each other, it’s unbelievable. We may want Iga to win mostly but always enjoy the thrashing that Elena serves up to Iga!
you clowns understand sports in general and that you can play one match of your life but you can't play like that in every match, that's why all players have fluctuations in form. Only a player whose level is much higher than the rest can win everything when he can beat anyone, even when he has a bad day . Bad days always happens because no one is a robot so no one manages to win everything
Rybakina, for sure, has much more caliber than winning one slam. Statistically, she has better record against best players (Swiatek & Sabalenka). She lost only one match to Sabalenka after AO final and won three, and she never has much problem with Swiatek. I hope she can win slam this year. Much more deserving than Vondrousova and Gauff.

double faults could also indicate pressure from the returner. Rybakina attacks second serves so Iga started pushing and making more mistakes
Bla bla bla
@@bartoszbrozek5176 😂😂😂😂
Humble pie?? Lol iga is always humble. Don't wtf are you smoking
Yeah yeah yeah 😂😂😂😂
@@redeyexxx1841 - Iga and humble ?? Seriously her 'LETS GO" during the match in itself gives an air of arrogance and condescence!
Though after Iga secured the second set, Elena didn't get discouraged and countinued her game calmly and smoothly... Well Done Elena🎉🎉
The 2nd set was pretty even with one bad service game from Rybakina at the worst time.
Iga was lucky to keep it as close as she did in the 1st and 3rd sets.
RybaQUEEN ❤❤❤
Great match and love this win for Elena, beating Iga on her favourite most favoured surface is huge mentally, RG this year is gonna be very interesting 🎉😮
Swiatek, Rybakina, Sabalenka, and Gauff have separation on tour right now from the other players. Women’s tennis has a great future. All 4 women are professional and wonderful ambassadors
Rybakina is the Kryptonite of Iga
It’s so funny to see Iga have a mental hold over coco and sabalenka but rybakina is like hold my beer lol
@@KO-vv1oz Russian...who trust Russians...

Rybakina is elegant yet powerful definitely one of the best currently and great to watch
Good to see Rybakina getting back to form. Deserve to be No.1 as she has the best all court game on tour.
The level of the game was very high today! Great tennis
Elena improved her game at the net.
So happy for Elena she has one of the best attitudes
Iga fans are humbled today!
Iga mainly humbled.
Lol
What a stupid comment. Besides it was quite close and average game with many unforced errors from both sides. What is truth is that Elena is difficult opponent for Iga and now lost on her favourite surface also (5-2 for Rybakina in H2H if we count one additional meeting).
Maybe you are. Its sport. You cant win everything👌 good luck to Elena
Rybakina's fans acrimonious as always... 🤷
Elena really got Iga's NUMBER at this point!
Rybakina found out Iga
No she doesn’t, she’s not consistent enough, wta is not 1 match but entire season, Swiatek is younger and way better
@@remek5758HAHAHAHAHAAHHAHAHAAHAHAH 🤡
У Рыбакиной свой и более качественный N° 1.
Она честно одержала Победу, свою победу, показала силовой, техничный теннис , выдержку и силу воли. Всё то, чем не обладает Швёнтек.
Молодец Елена! Так держать!
Younger yes better no@remek5758
i love elena game of play, the way she play and how composed she is....
Elena’s groundies are sooo smooth! She’s slowly starting to move better on clay 🥺
Amazing Rybakina 🔥🙌🏽❤
Rybakina already showed she can compete and win big events. Now being able to beat the world #1. Making her mark.
Great play between two brilliant players. I don’t need to turn the volume down when these two play. Thank God! 😇🙏🏾
Elena can be so difficult when she is on. Iga just cannot manage rhw constant fire power. Well done Elena ❤
Умница рыбка наша Вы лучшая)
Interview is so funny, the interviewer asked will you be driving as fast as your serve, she replies “well guys i dont even have a drivers license”
Рыбакина молодец умница красавица привет из Таджикистана
Rybakina always got Iga's number but then shes too soft against other players. It must be frustrating to be a fan of hers
It's definetly nerve wrecking.
She's made it to 5 finals and it's only April. I wouldn't say she's soft on other players lol. That's more Ostapenko imo
They're 1-1 in 2024

Iga was lucky to win Doha(her most dominant tournament and Rybakina still had her on the ropes in that 1st set), that win doesn’t really mean that much.
This win was much more significant because both of them were fresh and it is on clay where Rybakina is slightly more shaky.
Elena Rybakina should be the face of Rolex, etc.
The Rybakina-Swiatek rivalry is world-class. Everytime these 2 go up against each other, it’s unbelievable. We may want Iga to win mostly but always enjoy the thrashing that Elena serves up to Iga!
Where you see trashing here?Review your language, it is not nesesery.
I always want Rybakina to win over her 😊😊😊
@@beata5731thrashing means beating her in the match. So it makes sense

Rybakina has the potential to be world no 1 by the end of the year. She can even win 2/3 remaining gramdslams imo
Yep :)) on paper evryone has such potential :)) in trash talking
It's very simple :))) she just need to play a few dozen matches at a similar level :)
you clowns understand sports in general and that you can play one match of your life but you can't play like that in every match, that's why all players have fluctuations in form. Only a player whose level is much higher than the rest can win everything when he can beat anyone, even when he has a bad day . Bad days always happens because no one is a robot so no one manages to win everything
To be no. 1 Rybakina must win a very long marathon with Swiatek :))) not a sprint in one tournament :)))))))))

Peak Elena Rybakina is the best tennis player on the planet.
Maybe, similar power like Sabalenka, but way better movement.
Imho nobody can beat peak SW.
in Kazakhstan
Congratulations, Elena🎉
One more final!
If not health problems, Rybakina would have been number 1! Period!
She doesn't deserve no 4, she is too good. No 1 by year end if healthy.
Yeah, but this is part of the sport. You need to be fit to win.
really dishonest, Rybakina wasnt injured after FO and didnt take her chances at W, USO and crashed out of AO. She had chances to win titles for the second hald of 2023 when Iga wasnt doing so well
If the grandma had moustache, she would be a grandpa.
Collins beat her at charleston wta champioship..😢
Thank you Elena
rybakina ist my fav wta player

The silent killer. Like both of them. Great match.
It was pretty intense match, well played Elena, good luck with the finals
Rybakina most beautiful woman I've ever seen.
Apparently, even Eli Ayase and Honoka Kousaka both also a big fan of Elena Rybakina.
Get out more. She's completely plain, boring looking and sounds drunk whence speaks..
Yeah!!!! That's what I'm talking about!
Elena outplayed her throughout most of the match in every possible way, serve, return, from the baseline, at the net. The missed breakpoint opportunities had me on the edge of my seat but Elena got it done regardless.
It's been a tough week but she just needs to push one last time tomorrow and the Porsche is hers.
Congratulations Rybakina on your WIN against Swiatek 👏 Rybakina you shown who the true winner was in this match 👏 Hopefully Rybakina you will come out the Champion on Sunday 👏 Best of Luck in winning a new Porsche car of your choice also 🚘

Don't worry Iga, it wasn't your day! Congrats to Elena, you played better today!
So good to see so many Rybakina fans in these comments ❤
Rybakina (oh her worst surface) defeated Swistek (on her best surface), and that's for the second time in a row, and too in tournaments Swiatek dominates (Rome & Stuttgart). She once again proves why she's big 3. She now just needs a slam.
Beautiful match. Both players play well.
I hope Elena win in the final.
