Looking forward to this Mark. I recall when my boys were small we were at the mall parking lot walking up to the main entrance and 3 ladies were behind us. My 6 year old opened the door for them. They just walked on by...not one word. I recall saying something right along with this title.."Please forgive them son. I'm sorry they did not thank you for your kindness."
