    I have few questions. If you can guide
    1. Why you have selected slice material for battery?
    2. When drawing cylinder, why didn't you used mirror command to make all duplicate cylinder? Does it affect result? Or is there any other way?

    • @FrontiersInCFD
      @FrontiersInCFD  6 месяцев назад

      there is interaction between two materials, which results in heat transfer other option is to go for conformal meshing and merge topology.

      I have drawn model as you told me . But i am not getting contour animation same pattern as you shown here. Can you tell me email so that i can show you image and you can point out my mistake

      Yes it affects the result as you will see no heat interaction between two bodies i.e pack and cylinder

    Sir, I have followed every steps carefully but in the contour of total temperature only the scale is displayed. And the whole body just doesn’t show. What to do now?

      what was time step size, if you have different mesh size then change mesh size

    I did the analysis the initial cell temperature was 330 k , the inlet was 300, the final temprature in the contour plot is showing 315.24, I'm able to see the temperature reduction but when i am finding values at outlet (exit) the temperature which i am getting is 307, and as I'm increasing the velocity the temperature decrease i.e 303,302 .
    Whereas initially if the velocity is increased it shoulf carry more heat right , could you please guide me what am i doing wrong

      If velocity is less fluid will get sufficient time to exchange heat

      I'm telling you the problem. The problem is with your meshing, not the setup. This problem appears while you calculation encounters a division with 0. Checkout your mesh quality and you'll find its standard deviation is 0.
      Now how to solve this problem?
      --> make a mesh of your model from beginning and avoid 0 standard deviation in quality checking. You'll get the solution in sha Allah
