Oh my, watching this house tour , the bardominion , just disconnected me from the harsh/ miserable reality we are living right now. I wanted to thank you for this beautiful video and showing this amazing home. I even could smell the wood!!! lol. Thank you , thank you! ☺️👍
We live in a 50 by 60 barndominium I just love it on 19 acre in Tennessee, we wouldn’t live in a regular home again. We design it and do all the work are self.
This video hit my recommendation list so was curious so I watched it. Very nice property. I never seen a home like this before. You mentioned many times about the heating options but nothing about the cooling/AC system. With a property like that if the home has a generator as well in case a severe storm knocks out their power. Also the price of the home wasn't mentioned as well. All things that would be great mentions to sell the home. Other than that. Great presentation overall. Learned some things. Camera person has very steady hands. Felt like the young lady was being followed by a drone it was so smooth. 360 photography y'all did a amazing job on this video. Thumbs up 👍🏿! Wish my video quality was this good on my RUclips channel.
Beautiful home and great job presenting it. It be too big for me and not really fond of the open floor plan, I like the cozy feel of separate rooms. But I do know people like the open floor plan.
She did a lovely job in her presentation, however the house has a BJ Wholesale warehouse feel, or those stagging areas at Walmart, kind of like living in a converted warehouse.
Not at all. Doesn't go over almost any actual details about the property) building construction of the home(post and beam or steel framed) doesn't discuss windows. Are they single, double, triple glazed (assuming vinyl), single or double hung?. Sounds like she just makes stuff up as she goes from lack of knowledge. Not that I'm a pro..but you should Definitely take the time to learn details about a home you're selling, especially one of this magnitude. The exposed trusses were not a good choice. If you're going that route, scissors trusses would have(not sure if they can span that distance) or finish the ceiling to the bottom of the trusses. The speaker says it has "blown in spray foam". That's not a thing. I'm sure it will get sold but jeeeeepers, I would have rehearsed that pitch video beforehand.
Question, when your talking about how sturdy the shelving in the pantry is at the 7:35 mark. You grab the black pipe shelving rod, is it supposed to move like that?
Divorce, death of spouse, kids decided to go to college, one person became disabled, didn't realize how much upkeep (mowing, cleaning etc) it would be...or just built it to sell and make $.
Come to think of it - there's also a great moneymaking reason why. A couple I knew a while back would choose an affluent neighborhood to build a house. It would still look like it fit in with the rest of the neighborhood, but it would have less square footage, maybe not quite as fancy, etc - it cost less for them to build and the popularity & "rich neighborhood vibe" often allowed them to sell it for more than what it would make elsewhere. Additionally, they'd finish off the inside and do the landscaping themselves. Really beautiful and definitely on par with the neighborhood by the time they finished. They definitely made money on their houses - and each time they sold, they'd put the $ back into the next house and do the same thing again until they built up enough profit that their last house was paid for.
Common today is the wife hypergamyed up with one of her Chad's or Tyrone's then they sue for divorce taking everything. Rinse and repeat. Marriage is a moneymaking business for females today.
@@59Alaskan I do believe him and his wife are moving to a different state and from what I hear they want to build bigger on more land, like around SanDiago.
I am the photographer for the realtor. I would have to say in order to know how much at any given point you should google the property. Realtor.com will have an up to date amount.

Thank you so very much. Many times the price is not included in the video in case of a price reduction.

As big as that place is, they made the shitter so small in the front mudd room😂
Absolutely beautiful! ♥️♥️♥️
....This shelving is custom, Heavy Duty (at 7:38 into the video) and it wobbled/ moved with the lightest touch of the agent....

So gorgeous! My dream home.
Wonderful job of presenting a beautiful Barndominium.
Stunning 😊
First floor would be great for a studio!

Called an open for plan😂
awesome place I grew up in Frankenmuth👍
That place would be perfect for retirement 😊
it's beautiful
The cost to heat and cool unused spaces in a gorgeous home. I guess it’s for those who can afford it.
Radiant floor heat is extremely efficient! Would not cost that much to heat especially if they run the wood burner outside!
I couldn't afford to furnish it
Great job on presenting this property.

Nothing a little super glue wont fix.
Why would you build a beautiful home like that and then sell it ?
More than likely taxes

Or maybe job relocation?? Who knows

The echo is likely maddening.
749k...not bad❤
Is this a pole barn? What is the foundation structure and is it built to IBC code?
What in the Walmart sandels is going on😂
Why are they selling?
Probably can't afford living there...🤷♀️

Sad they decided to sell
Beautiful, but no fireplace!!! And a lift to the upstairs section would be nice.
I like how the old bag calls a machine shed a barn dominium 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 I hate realtors they don’t give 2 sh*ts about their clients….
Not impressed
I lived in birch run , why would anyone want to live there? Very low class !
SO HOW MUCH DOES IT COST ?.
