- This video covers what I look for in the perfect wristwatch for summertime. The perfect summer watch should be made of stainless steel, have a ceramic timing bezel, give you the option for a rubber strap, have some color and be a versatile piece. Let me know your thoughts on my summer recommendation.

solid vid & watch pick Burb! 300m is a nice all around summer beater. Def blue dial! 😎
Good video, thought out and logical, and I like how explained strap choice
I dont like cooking with a rubber strap, heat and burning oil flicking around etc... much prefer steel for cooking.
But agree with rubber for sport.

Great summer pick!
Thanks 🙏🏻 Kevin
Seamaster 300m on rubber is THE best summer watch!
🍻
My solid gold omega DeVille, then my Two tone datejust Wimbledon dial, then Omega 300 solid gold on the leather. I change watches at least three times a day if i am not working in the summer. Then a sig 365 in my pocket.
Yep 365 or Glock 43 (depending on my clothes) for summer carry.
Good points and great video Burbinghard! SMP300 is a superb summer time watch. Looking forward to seeing more videos. Cheers
Thanks J.C
Keep up the watch content
👍👍👍
I like the choice of the smp. Agree. But i just much prefer the seamasters from about a couple decades ago.
Those are a great value for a vintage/neo vintage pickup. Smaller dimensions too!
Great video Burbs! 👍
Great video Burb! My pick is Omega Seamaster on rubberrr particularly the polar dial. My favorite summer beater!! 😁🙌🔥
You nailed it. The white pops in the sun ☀️
Amazing audio!!!
That DJI is pretty slick Tim.
Hey burbs, Thorough impeccable analysis. :)
This watch looks great. Saw one of these omegas in person the other day and keen to get one in blue.
Can’t go wrong with a Seamaster, as long as it fits your wrist size.
@@burbinghard keen to try one on. 6 3/4 wrist should be ok for it?
@@braddallan my wrists are slightly smaller than yours and I’m comfortable with it. It won’t fit as slim as a dress watch, but it’s a dive watch so it should be bigger.
@@burbinghard sweet. Definitely looking forward to trying one on the wrist.
Agree…omega on rubber….although for my taste and comfort level the black dial Aqua Terra 41 is preferable. Helium release valve is iconic but pointless in my judgement.
I have my own digital steak timer….medium rare 2” filets…4 minutes a side turning once per side each 2 minutes to get that marvelous cross hatch grill pattern.
You know the secret!
My only quibble is the ceramic vs aluminum argument. Scratches are character and memories. Omega SMP300, Tudor BB 58, or Tudor GMT work (add the Pro to this as well when a rubber strap becomes available).
Everyone’s got a douche friend who tries to throw people in the pool…Seiko Turtle for me!
I love my Turtle, it was one of the first dive watches I ever owned.
