Dead Channel? No, probably not. No posting on social media but the video prior to this video was released a solid 6 months before (July 2021 -> Jan 2022) so the delay is actually not too unexpected.
He's already on record saying the channel isn't a super great source of income, it takes alot of time, and could be restructuring so just hold on.
If we don't see anything by December, then might be time to start panicking.

You covered everything, but I had to rewind over 30 times to listen to multiple sentences again because you never called back. Would have been great if you put more reminders in there. For example, instead of "while talking, Reis's is who is unimportant up until this point" this would be a been much better. "Reis, who grew up with Sasha" and a call back to him when younger.
Voiceover 7/10
Loads of energy, kept me engaged quite well. But the constant presenter tone is difficult to take. Keep the energy, but put more of yourself into it. Think about how you talk to your friends when you're excited and put that into it.
