Appreciate the kind words, the fumes were from a breather and I wouldn’t recommend breathing them in if you can avoid it lol

This is really helpful, I my stock turbo shat itself a couple weeks ago in my 05 golf and I’m looking at replacing it with the exact hybrid turbo from JW. My golf was previously remapped from 140 to 180 ish and I’m curious whether I can drive the car at all after fitting the hybrid before getting it remapped to suit the new turbo? And would you recommend any “supporting mods”? Only other thing my golf has is the egr delete, stock exhaust etc

Nice video ✌️got a bkd my self but a golf 06 plate , what turbo would you recommend for 240 bhp mark ? currently it's decated , straight piped , and mapped to about 180, 1752 would do the job right ? intercooler and hard pipe kit needed or not necessary ?

Thank you, personally we would run an 1856 and you will need a decent intercooler, hard pipe kit isn’t essential but always a good idea.

@@actuning yea for sure. Just need to free up some ££. I have a half accurate guide from a GPS dyno but the weight of the car was estimated
